“Business Man's Hotel”

My one big objection to the Marriott Copley in Boston is the commercial aspect being in Copley Plaza. The lobby is someplace you want to spend as little time as possible. The dining room of the hotel is also a restaurant in Copley Plaza and though the dining room is nice and I had an excellent breakfast there is a Starbucks right outside the door which is a swirl of humanity. These objections, however, are also an advantage of having everything at your fingertips. The Back Bay train station can actually be reached with a short walk through the plaza. My room on the 35th floor had an an excellet view including the river. and my king sized bed had six pillows on it! Internet access is available in the room.

“Quality service”

We spent a nice weekend at this hotel. The pool and fitness facilities were great. We had purchased a "children eat free" package from expedia, and the hotel didn't get that information, but were extremely friendly and processed the reduction promptly when we showed them our itinerary. Close to great shopping and Fenway.

“I wanted to take the bed home with me!”

Our plane came in earlier than checkin. The hotel held our luggage so we could begin to experience Boston. They were very helpful with directions and suggestions. It was a wonderful experience. I mostly loved the beds!!

“Second time stay, Highliy Recommend, Ideal Location”

Hotel was very modern and clean. Staff very friendly! Hotel located in Back Bay and only minutes walk from Newbury Street, where all the shops are. Hotel also accessible to the Shopping centers, so no need to go outside, which is good, if it is raining! Only a couple of minutes from the subway, so ideal location. fantastic, Highly Recommended

“Great Place”

Service was great. When we got there they had warm cookies that my son loved. The woman checking us in was great with my kids. Gave them a coloring book and special Dora key to get in the room with. Near a lot of great restaurants and connected to the malls, which was great because it rained part of the time we were there. Will definitely go there again.

“Top notch”

Hotel staff were fantastic. Polite, courteous, genuinely caring - top service. Might have a slight criticism over the food - we had a breakfast one day and it wasn't good, but we enjoyed our stay immensely. Recommended.

“good quality hotel”

very nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Had a very nice vacation, and would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. Only downside was an Anime convention, which caused the hotel to be very busy the last two days of vacation which resulted in not being able to get a lift to our room,(not convenient if you are very high up).

“Very convenience for a new visitor to the city”

I had never been to the East Coast before so it was a bit daunting for me to go alone. I found the hotel to be very conveniently situated -- I was heading to the Sheraton/Convention Center and I could walk through the adjacent mall to get there, a plus during the chilly weather. I was able to walk to all nearby conveniences very easily and was very comfortable in my room (very nice bed linens, flat screen TV). I was also able to get a very nice rate through a flight/room package so I would certainly recommend that to others!
