Fantastic Location to Tour Downtown Boston but....

Location: Right in the heart of the city...Boston Common, Freedom Trail, Aquarium, Waterfront, Fanueil Hall all steps away.
Valet parking operation is an absolute nightmare. They have neither the space nor the skill to run a valet parking operation at this hotel. They will also try and charge you additional valet parking cost if you leave your car in their garage past 2:00 pm on check-out day. I would definitely NOT book a room below the 5th floor. The noise from the bar/thumping music is unbearable. Had to move out of a third floor suite up to a standard room on the 8th floor to retreat from the constant beat/beat/beat! All that said, the staff of the hotel is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They moved rooms for my wife and I without complaint and comped the breakfast the following morning. Met and talked with the Assistant GM who was gracious and helpful. I booked through Expedia so they were not able to make any credit on the room rate.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter toute la ville.

Proche du métro lignes rouges et vertes (MIT, Harvard, musées ...) Chocolat chaud à disposition l'après-midi, apéritif offert dans le lobby dès 17h, très agréable quand il fait froid dehors. Eviter le petit-déjeuner en salle , cher , insignifiant, service moyen. Beaucoup d'autres endroit autour où le prendre.

Cons: Could use a few vending machines
Location: Close to downtown and the airport.

Nice hotel in a great location

The location of the hotel was great as it was a 15 minute walk to the TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, and in walking distance to the North End. The bed was extremely comfortable. But for that kind of money I was disappointed to have such a terrible view of a grungy alley way. Also my girlfriend was allergic to the conditioner in the room and we waited for over an hour for the front desk to bring us a different kind, which never ended up arriving, again not something I was pleased with for the price tag.

Great hotel, excellent staff

Pros: location to center of town
With the help of Expedia, on short term notice we got a room at Nine Zero. All of the staff was helpful, they even got us on a tour of the city. We literally had to do nothing ourselves.

Pros: Great location, very helpful staff.
Cons: The upstairs bar could be open 7 days for guests returning late as a place to meet and share the day.
Location: Excellent location, short walk from the city centre, theatre land and right on the freedom trail. Park and common very close. Great location.
Super hotel in a great location. Ask for a higher room to get the full benefit of the view, it is stunning.

Nice hotel

Pros: It is a nice hotel in a great location.
Cons: The hotel held our bags but did not label our bags well and didn't know which ones were ours. It didn't feel secure after picking them up.
HOtel was great, clean, etc. We were able to walk to most places and enjoyed getting to know the city.

Hip and romantic stay

We stayed a night at Nine Zero seeing that it had been called romantic. We had a nice time. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Our particular room was a little small but very well appointed. The location and the view were excellent. Everything was quite modern and chic without being overdone. The restaurant was good for breakfast.

After the Head of the Charles Regatta

Pros: Location and it had a bit of a edgyness about its interior design.
Cons: The bathroom could be more dynamic.
Location: The location is superb and close to Beacon Hill, Boston Common, Chinatown, Theatre District, Northside, Harbourfront and the Freedom Trail.
All was very good. The bed was extremely comfortable, big, as expected in a quality North American hotel and good bed linen, with down duvet and pillows. The Skyline View Guest Room was wonderful but noise can be a problem, early morning sanitation service vehicles, even from the 16th floor, if the window is open. The room was large with plenty of space to leave two large suitcases out. The bathroom was somewhat disappointing and there was not a separate shower and the bathtub was dated - minor points but !

Great Hotel

Pros: Everything
The hotel was conventiently located in Downtown Boston and was a short cab ride from the airport. When I return to Boston on business I will be staying at Nine Zero.
