Very nice hotel located in downtown Boston.Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Staff was so friendly and the room had a lot of extras that I didn't expect. Included in our room was a yoga mat, fancy robes and an umbrella! They also have a wine reception every day at 5 pm in the lobby. Nice way to meet other guests and get out of the room for a bit.

Awesome hotel in a central areaPosted Jul 20, 2015
The hotel staff was very courteous. The room was spacious and clean. It was nice to come back fr a walk and have a cool glass of water infused with fruit available to drink. The staff was very good at recommending places to eat. I forgot my dental floss and the front desk had various items available at not extra charge. The hallways were quiet. If you can a room above the 10th floor- the views are awesome! I would definitely stay here again. The Freedom Trail is right in front if this hotel so either way you go, you have great historical attractions!

Great hotel, perfect location.Posted Jul 9, 2015
Pros: Comfort, location.
Cons: The cocktail bar could extend the nights that it's open?
Location: The hotel is by Boston Common, very near the start of the Freedom Trail, the Public Garden, the State House, Black Heritage Trail.
We had a great time in Boston and this hotel was perfect : excellent location by Boston Common, comfortable, quiet, slightly quirky decor which we loved, friendly and helpful staff.

Modern hotel close to 2 T stations & shops eg MacyPosted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: Staff, location and upkeep of the whole hotel.
Cons: We had a queen sized bed which restricted the floor space in the (very nice) room we were in.
Location: Close to Boston Common & 2 T stations & Macys, Gap etc
Very relaxed atmosphere with extremely friendly staff. We had no problems but any requests we made for local knowledge or advice were dealt with in a very helpful and welcoming way.

I would describe this hotel in one word noisy. The noise level is off the roof .

A Boston FavePosted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Nice lounge, comfy bed, accessible to all my favorite Boston places.
Cons: It would be awesome to have a coffee and tea maker in the room.
Location: Right by the T, close to the park, easy walk to the north end, and beautiful walking areas all around. Very close to restaurants, cafes, and shops.
Close to everything, chic hotel, and comfy too! Pet friendly!
