Great location for walking Freedom Trail
“Great hotel in a great location!”
We had a great time at this hotel - first time in boston and it was near lots of the sights. The hotel was very modern and had a really comfortable bed and spacious room. the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom but it wasnt too much of a problem. right near a couple subway stops and restaurants - i recommend the Silverton Bar and Grill for some good inexpensive food.
“All very good!”
No worries and friendly staff
“Excellent hotel”
All the hotel staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning after we took a red eye to Boston from San Francisco, and when they found out that our room was not ready not only did they try to accommodated our needs right way but they even up grading us to make a room available. Even though the hotel was a full house, our room was well protected from any noise. The bed was so comfortable that I really got a good night sleep. The location of the hotel is only a couple of blocks away from the Boston Common in a extremity convenient location. I would recommend this hotel to any of my good friends!
“Wonderful Boutique Hotel Experience”
As usual, Kimpton has produced a unique experience with a contemporary, boutique feel in a downtown hotel with great service. Personel were all friendly and helpful: when it rained, they offered free umbrellas for use. Design is open, clean and pleasing. Room was comfortable and quiet, except for the slight street noise that filtered up to our 7th floor room. Hotel is near all the downtown sights, across the street from Boston Commons and right on the T transportation line. Spire, the in house restaurant, was nice, but they were closing in May, 2007 to reopen as a steak-house operation, according to staff.
“Nine Zero = No. 1”
The Nine Zero hotel is, without a doubt, one of the top notch hotels in Boston. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs and details. The room, while not "suite" spacious, is decorated with modern touches. The Mark Russo Soaps and Shampoos were also a nice touch. They provide a pillow menu which sets them apart from other traditional hotels. The overall ambience, as mentioned by other reviewers, is modern and chic. The room rates were slightly higher than others, but the amenities and the location offsets any price differences. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
“Great Location & Service”
The Nine Zero is right on Tremont Street within steps from the Boston Common, Fanueil Hall, and Downtown Crossing. There are lots of restaurants and bars as well as great shopping in the area. It's also a short walk from the North End and the Public Gardens. The Hotel is very modern and clean with great service. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming.
“very comfortable hotel”
All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and very courteous. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of clean fluffy towels. The afternoon wine was a nice treat.
“Luxury and a great location.”
From the friendly and helpful staff to the wonderful location in the heart of all the action in Boston, the Nine-zero made us feel very pampered. The beds were very comfortable as all the furnishings were modern and lush. Boston is a walking city and the Freedom Trail is right outside the hotel. Definitely would stay again.
