Nice Hotel close to Boston Commons

Pros: Very Good Location, right close to subway stop for T.
It was pleasant experience. They had coffee in lobby every morning. I asked for few thing that I forgot to pack and got them right away.

My stay at Nice Zero

Pros: very clean. central. decent size room, good recommender (Josh) of restaurants at Concierge. Cons: 1) called days before and upon check-in asked to confirm that room is in a quiet part of the building. Room is 10 ft. away and the elevator bell is very loud. The volume can be easily turned down. All 2 queen rooms are in the X08 so if wanted to move had to go to a 1 queen bed with a cot in a tiny room. Also, construction is going on at this time. Workers went all night working from Friday to Saturday. Saturday morning spoke with mgr. and the next night was quiet all night and on Sunday night to Monday morning, workers began at 7:00am which was fine. 2) bed a little worn out but comfy; bathroom small, no counter space, and some paint peeling and bubbles forming due to moisture in the room as there is not air vent. 3) wine reception--very cheap wine served--Camelot white and red at $8/bottle 4) hair dryer only blew air so called to replace and it took 20 mins. the replacement dryer did not even turn on so had to re-order a hair dryer. The 3rd one did work, but it was too late to use it as we had to leave.

Great area of Boston. Great hotel!

Pros: Wine at happy hour complimentary and coffee in the morning! Fresh fruit flavored water all day in the lobby. Wonderful staff!
Location: Bean town pub right next door was great for lunch. Walking distance to Boston Common
We were greeted at check in at 5 pm with a complimentary glass of wine which could not have been a nicer touch after driving all day to get there. The room was spacious and very well appointed with incredibly comfortable bedding. Employees were all wonderfully friendly and helpful.

Perfect location to everything!

Pros: The white sheets and towels make it look extra clean. The animal print robes where a great touch and of coarse the choclate dropped off each night.
Cons: More hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and robes. Room was so clean except for an inch of dust on the top of the head board.
Location: So close to the bus and subway system. Can walk the freedom trail right out the door. It is right in the middle of all the historic sites.
The staff was amazing, friendly, kind and accomidating. The afternoon wine was a hit!

Prime location in downtown Boston

Pros: Stylish, clean, excellent staff.
Location: Close to Massachusetts General Hospital. Enjoyed great restaurants withing walking distance.
Stayed here twice while my son was being treated at Massachusetts General Hospital. We were able to walk to the hospital. When the staff found out why we were in town, they were very attentive and kind to my son and I.

Awesome hotel for weekend getaway

Had a really good experience. The room was clean, modern, and fresh. It came with all the amenities needed besides toothbrushes. The hotel itself is located in a fantastic location with restaurants and night clubs closeby.

Hotel with youth flare

It was a nice hotel with added features that made it unique. The blue lights in the room and the city view on floor 18 was an added plus. I stayed with my boyfriend for the weekend. Hotel staff was nice when we checked in and helpful. It was a nice location, but the valet parking is expensive and the day we checked out we called down to see if we could grab one of the free bathroom supplies that we forgot. And my boyfriend said the guy on the phone paused and was like ok. No one came up with the item. So I guess staff will be nice and helpful up until your checkout day.

Decent location... Tired: The year 2000 called

Pros: Bathroom seemed very clean
Funky atmosphere in and out of rooms is quite dated now, was relevant and edgey in early 2000's. Rooms furniture and ability to accommodate mobile workers leaves much to be desired (desk, bandwidth, electrical outlets, even TV were all disappointing). Room was very small and worn (especially carpet)

Kept awake by night club

Cons: Remove or soundproof the night club.
This is a nice hotel - it was clean and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and competent. However, someone decided that there should be a night club on the second floor. That same someone decided that it shouldn't be adequately sound-proofed. The music played until 2AM every morning. When called, the front desk staff said that the music would not be turned down under any circumstance. The hotel was fully booked and we were unable to change rooms. Extremely disappointed by this promising hotel. Steer clear if you want a good night's sleep.
