“GOOD VISIT TO BOSTON !!”

hi, i dont know the previous conditions of this hotel or the bad experiences of other guests , but my personal experience was excellent. the hotel is located in a area that i wish was more upbeat and pleasant to look at or walk around, but the hotel itself was up to high standards and thats all i needed it. very comfortable, cozy, good service, clean, etc. i spent a good weekend in boston and the hotel helped me to make my visit more enjoyable. as i said before the area where it is located is a little sketchy. when i first arrived i noticed a big amount of broken glass in the parking area as if a car was broken into the night before. that obviously gave me to wonder if the area was safe at all. other than that yes i would recommend this hotel to other people.

“Great hotel - new property.”

Unknown to us, we arrived on the night of their grand opening celebration. We were greeted with warmth and invited into the party. Over a couple of days all interactions with staff were excellent. We got to see them handle a full airport shuttle (one family had enough luggage that no-one else could fit - literally). They dealt very well, finding another driver and getting the rest of us to our destinations quickly in another van. No fuss, and no muss. Very pleasant place. Residence Inn's getting to be one of my favorites. Do note the address is in Chelsea... don't punch in as Boston!

“Awesome stay!!!”

Our stay was excellent..The hotel was so beautifully decorated. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, not to mention the evening mangers dinner reception..as well. If you're travelling as a couple or a family, this hotel is the best. You could stock your refrigerator with your favorite things to eat or drink..or go downstair to the bar. The hotel staff, was so attentive, always asking if you needed anything. We also used their exercise room, very clean. The shuttle to and from the Airport T..there is not need to rent a car. This was the best. The drivers of the shuttle were very informative, gave us restaurants to try and places to see. The location of the hotel for some maybe a question, it's off the beating path...but still a wonderful place to stay!! Would recommend this hotel 100%

“Great hotel for a several day stay”

This is an excellent hotel, brand new and featuring amenities for a several night stay. We really liked the simple but adequate evening meat since there are absolutely no suitable restaurants that we could see within walking distance. It might have been better to have more airport shuttles available.

“Boston Airport Hotel the one to stay!”

The staff was exceptional. Eager to assist with any of my questions or needs! Would recommend to anyone! As I had stayed the weekend before at another "Boston Logan Airport Hotel", this one was definitely cleaner, easily accessible, and better amenities!

“Brand new with fantastic rooms”

This hotel is brand new and the rooms are gorgeous. When we went into the room my wife said "just one night". I stay in a lot of hotels and travel frequently. The room was big and even though we didn't use the kitchenette it looked really perfect if you were staying for a while. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on. This place was great, the staff were all friendly and seemed happy to have a job and showed it by smiling and being helpful 100% of the time. Best hotel experience ever. (okay except for that one place in the Caribbean)

We wanted to move in and live there for a while! It was extremely thoughtfully and beautifully designed.

“Very good hotel near airport”

This was a relatively new hotel and had a very modern look and atmosphere with proximity to the airport. We had to leave too early in the morning to have breakfast but otherwise all services were as advertised including shuttle to the airport for an early flight. The staff, especially the manager, Mr. Warren, was exceptionally helpful when we experienced a problem. We will be spending a lot of time in Boston and plan to visit this hotel often.
