“great service, value”

This is a hotel where people care about their guests. Doesn't matter who you interact with, they are friendly, helpful and charming. They express appreciation for your business and make you feel welcome. This all on top of a great mid-price type hotel. In addition to staying there again on next visit to Boston, and recommending it highly, it will be a case study in our company's examples of branding -- that goes far beyond advertising materials -- as this great team exemplifies. BTW -- all of this great service comes with a "tips not required" policy on things like room service. Employees definitely didn't seem to expect tips and it was actually a pleasure to tip anyway. How often can you say that?

“Seaport October 2010”

Boston is a wonderful city and the Seaport Hotel is excellent. It is a bit out of the bustle of the city, but one of the city trolley companies has a stop right in front of the hotel. It was also easy to get into the city on foot. We ate at the restaurant and the chef fixed a special meal for my husband, who is allergic to shellfish. The food was excellent and the service above expectations. We ate at the bar one afternoon and went to the coffee shop both mornings we were there. Very convenient and good.

“Great Boston location and hotel”

The Seaport is a beautiful hotel in a great location for me near the waterfront. It was easy to get to; only a few minutes away from the airport and around the corner from a subway station. Great food in the lounge and at breakfast. A very accommodating staff. Clean and nicely decorated. Beds and linens were very comfortable. It would be nice to get a complimentary continental breakfast included but I appreciated the nice coffee service in the room.

Our stay was wonderful and we would certainly stay at this hotel again. My 10 year-old son and I were able to fit a lot of fun into the few days we were in Boston due to the great location and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Seaport Hotel!

Excellent service, personnel were well trained and courteous. My biggest surprise was that they wont accept tips. That was unusual, but they were very gracious and professional.

A great hotel with clean and well appointed rooms and an attentive and professional staff. The hotel is ideally located next to a variety of restaurants and entertainment venues.

“Beautiful hotel, great service!”

The hotel is wonderful...we originally looked at it because of the indoor pool and we have children, so that was the original draw. We loved their complimentary shuttle bus into town....also it's right next to the T so you never need to use your car. The pool was wonderful, VERY clean! Food service was excellent and fast! Our favorite was Betty, the unbelievably helpful concierge who has connections all over town....anywhere you want to go, she will get you there and will probably know somebody there! Great hotel...worth the price!

“Great Hotel”

Very convenient to Logan Airport and the new convention center. Would be a particularly good choice for business travelers. Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a no tip policy which I found to be a pleasant change.

The hotel staff was extremely attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. I liked the "all inclusive" fee - no worries as to whether I had correct change for tips.
