Great Hotel

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location, Staff went above and beyond, nice, quiet, relaxing, modern
Location: Across Harbor from Boston World Trade Center, close to musuems,, lots of restuarants
We took a cruise out of Boston and stayed here after getting off the ship. We were allowed to check in at 10:30am (on a Thursday and room was ready). Our bags were brought up to the room. The room had a view of Boston Harbor and it was so relaxing. The bed was nice and comfty as were the big king sized pillows. Oversized shower. Just a nice room. Had a doorbell. ha We asked about things to do in Boston and were given so much information. They made reservations at a restuarant for us and we bought our museum tickets from the hotel. When we go to Boston again, we do plan to stay here again.

Grandsons trip

Posted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, cleanliness, indoor pool, and location
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: Not much to do in the area but easy access to whatever you want to go to.
The hotel was located close to many restaurants giving us lots of choices. The hotel also provided us with complimentary transport to the wharf each day which I wasn't expecting. The concierge, Beverly, was extremely helpful with maps and touring ideas.

Fantastic hotel close to T and convention center

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Location, size of rooms, service was included in fee so no need to tip
Location: Convention center, cool eating options like Flour Bakery and Blue Dragon, harbourwalk is at your doorstep
Very nice stay! Comfy clean spacious room, close to many new dining options in the waterfront/fort point area, and the harbourwalk for morning jogs. Wifi worked well, housekeeping was good.

Very nice, clean hotel -- simple, easy, affordable

Posted Aug 15, 2014
I stayed at this hotel for a conference. The room was very nice, I had a great view, the staff was helpful (but not overbearing), and the cleaning staff was invisible, yet efficient. I accidentally booked two rooms, and the hotel staff wrote to me letting me know about the mistake -- I might not have caught it. They saved me over $300 by pointing this out. I would definitely stay there again when in Boston. It's easy to walk just about anywhere from this location as well.

Well Kept Secret

Posted Aug 14, 2014
Pros: everything
Cons: additional staff in bell service
Location: modern art museum, convention center, great restaurants... Del Frisco's, Morton's, & many others
Recently updated this hotel has it all. Wonderful location in the exciting South Boston waterfront, well trained attentive staff and beautiful rooms ( get a waterfront view, it's worth the extra $$) it is very comfortable and convenient. Take advantage of their free car service to other locations and don't forget the hotel is PET FRIENDLY!! Great food and service in restaurants and room service was fast. RITZ experience at a great price.

Great Hotel in Seaport area

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Free shuttle service into the historic areas and financial district that was central for walking in other directions.
Cons: Lobby coffee would be nice. Tea or Happy hour in afternoon.
Location: Seaport area is growing lots of construction and industry transition to condos and businesses. Not much right there but a short bike ride away.
The hotel was very nice and comfortable in a convenient part of the city with the Silverline across the street. They had bikes for our use as we explored the city. The room contained up to date furnishings with a view of Boston harbor sort of small but comfortable, small refrig and coffee to make. This was a getaway weekend and never having been to the area the concierges (Betty, Michelle and Dana) were an excellent resource as to where to go and do fun things. All staff were genuinely friendly and wanted to help. One restaurant recommendation was terrific and one not so good but they were patient and committed to excellent customer service.

Great stay

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Everything was great, especially the staff they were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing
Location: We were right by the harbor and there were a ton restaurants near by and downtown was a short walk away.
The Seaport Hotel was amazing. We just got back after a 3 night stay in Boston. The room was fantastic and the hotel itself was terrific. The room was better than the pictures online and the bed was very comfortable. The best part about the hotel was the staff especially Amir. He was fantastic. He was always smiling and happy to answer any questions I had. He also went the extra mile and even gave us water taxi tickets when we checked out. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone that is interested in visiting Boston.

Best hotel experience we have had in a long time.

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Location. Close to a lot of harbor sights including aquarium, but walkable to center city Boston.
Location: Aquarium. Harbor cruises. Freedom trail. Old North End.
Very comfortable bed and pillows. A lot of amenities were packed into a small room, including private reading lights on the bed and lots of other unique little things that contributed to a very satisfying stay. Gratuity-included pricing seemed to be associated with a different ethic among the staff; they went the extra mile to be helpful.

Very nice hotel in the Seaport area

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Very nice and well appointed hotel - we really liked the room decor, bed and amenities. The hotel is located by the redeveloped seaport area all new and modern up coming area - but it is a little removed from the Boston mainstream centre, which is the only reason not to give it 5/5. That said we were very happy with our stay. :-)
