Pros: Just about everything (including the gift shop).
Cons: We wish both restaurants had been open for dinner.
From the moment we drove up, and the valet took our car, we were pleased. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nicely decorated, and the location was just where we needed to be. Would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the Seaport Area

Posted Jan 13, 2015
Pros: Convenient, super fast WiFi, great couples get away
Cons: Shower pressure and temperature
Location: Lots to do near by , walking distance to Faneuil Hall , restaurants , bars etc...
This was the perfect location in the Seaport district. We had fantastic massages. The room was very well appointed, they have thought of everything. Awesome bed and the fastest WiFi I have ever experienced in a hotel. We dined at Tamo the hotel bistro and it was also wonderful. i recommend the sushi and the burger. Yummy....

Great hotel by the Seaport/Convention Center

Posted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: Overall experience was fantastic. The staff was very accomodating and the breakfast was excellent!
Cons: The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were very soft. Provide a variety of pillows.
Location: ICA was nearby which we went to see an exhibit. Great restaurants in the area to have drinks or lunch/dinner.
Was pleasantly surprised by our stay. Every staff member could not be more accommodating. Tipping is included and the staff makes you aware of it when you go ahead by habit. Gym, variety of choices. New and clean equipment. Buffet breakfast - great variety to chose from and very fresh. Close to the ICA museum, trendy restaurants, convention center. Easy walk to Quincy Market and Aquarium.

I was attending a convention and wearing a suite. I forgot the collar stays. I forgot the collar stays. I was very happy to find out they had them in the gift shop for a buck a pair.

Best option in the Seaport area

Posted Jan 7, 2015
Pros: Well run, great staff, nice common areas and room. Excellent food, chef.
Cons: Would be nice to have cheaper overnight parking nearby.
Location: ICA, Row 34 restaurant, Trillium, waterfront.
My impression is this was a very well run Hotel, from the front desk to the bar staff. Room was beautiful, decent size, and well designed. Very nice common areas and a casual but upscale vibe. Surprisingly good food at the bar and they also served fairly late (midnight). The Seaport area is central but still kind of Boston 2.0 which you will either like or not. Close to great spots in the fort point channel neighborhood end , the ICA, and the industrial waterfront.
