The room was large, clean and quiet. The gym had everything I wanted and then a whole lot of stuff that everyone was using! One of the best hotel gyms I've seen. Very convenient to the Convention Center. Wonder and helpful staff. I would stay here again in a second

Great, safe seaport area. Walkable to city parts and sites. The room was comfortable and clean but the shower was a bit dated and pillows way too soft. Nevertheless, staff was kind and stay was overall enjoyable.

The property was nice, not exceptional. It is the small things, the attention to detail that cause it to go from exceptional to nice. Things , like damage to area of the bathroom doors, a Keurig in room, but no tea options (not all drink coffee.) Gold fish crackers under the desk in a room that was called clean and ready for new guest. A shower needing maintenance after occupation and not identified prior. All of this could of been prevented, if the room was given a quick once over using a preoccupation check list by housekeeping supervisor or other individuals. These are the things the set Great and good apart.
