This property was great we chose to walk everywhere. 16 min walk to Fenway Park. Plenty of food and drink options as an adult. Would love to stay again

When I booked, they advertised complimentary breakfast, which was one of the main reasons for staying there. However, when we arrived, we learned that the hotel was being renovated and no food except room service was available. There are a few restaurants in the area, but wait times were quite long. Also, the parking fee per day was exorbitant. Parking was nearly as much as I paid for the room.

Location was cool but the room need an upgrade asap there is dust where the vacuum can’t reach and they don’t take there time to clean the areas that nead to be cleaned I drop the remote behind the bed and I couldn’t believe the amount of dust and dirt I should have took a picture but i will stay again because of the location but this time I will be checking the cleanliness of the room other then then that it was nice

The hotel that time forgot. The property seems to be surviving on the coattails of the attached conference center. Desperately in need of renovation/updating and half the hotel appears to be dorm rooms which would lead you to believe there are financial troubles. Was not worth the price of the room. Ended up moving to a different hotel the following night that was half the cost (granted it was Sunday instead of Sat night) and in far better condition with more onsite amenities. All staff interactions were top notch. Worth asking what type of event/conference is booked at the Hynes when you book. I wont get into details in this review but it can impact your stay.

Customer service was great. Ladies on the front desk very helpful and nice. And tge room was with very good view. But only problem was AC. Whispering all the time non stop and feel like sleeping next to police cars with sirens on. Very annoying and not peace to relax. I went for 2 days and being to the room very kate so not worthing to complain. Even when i left didn't say anything,but they have to fix that. Its room #2122.

I liked the connection to the mall. Especially since it was raining and we never had to leave the building. Also in good walking distance to the nearby colleges and if it is to far then there is easy access to the subway.

Hotel is centrally located, good, the hotel itself is obviously old and in need of some sprucing up. What was unacceptable was that the hotel restaurant was closed and there was no where to get breakfast except for room service, which they continued to charge an extra service charge for. How does a hotel hosting one or two conferences not make arrangements for guests tto have a place to have breakfast?

I loved the location, and the staff was great. They overcharged me 2 nights and took care of it immediately. The rooms need some serious updating. The pillows deflate, the sheets were scratchy, and the bathroom was old. Also, not enough USB chargers in the room.
