“Sauna”
I found it very strange that there are no lockers the guests can use during using the Sauna, otherwise everything in good shape.
“would/may stay here again”
Very nice hotel. Expensive breakfast buffet compared to other cities I've been to. Comfortable room, though not posh. Nice area of Boston.
“Boston Sheraton”
I've stayed here before for conferences, but this was a family trip. Check in was very slow, not sure why, but the hotel staff were courteous and efficient. This is a very good location. The Hynes and copley shops connect directly to the hotel. There are two Legal Seafood and a Cheesecake Factory restaurants in the mall as well as an Au Bon Pan and a Dunkin donuts (upscale version). If you want a great coffee place with excellent breakfast fare, go left out of the main entrance to the hotel and turn left on Boylston. About two-three blocks up is a place called the Pavement Coffee House. Great coffee, food, and atmosphere as you're surrounded by music students studying at Berklee. It's about three blocks from Newberry street shopping. The T is convenient for getting around, but Boston is easily walkable. We walked down Newberry, across the Boston Gardens and the commons all the way to Faneul Hall. Great place to stay.
“perfect back bay boston”
The Sheraton Copley plaza worked out perfectly for me. Our meeting was at the Collonade, around the corner and I was so glad to be staying at the Sheraton. Much more modern, beautiful rooms and friendly accomodating staff. this hotel is right next to Prudential center mall which makes shopping and meals a breeze as well. There's a T station just around the corner also. I usually stay in the Beacon Hill area so this location was a bit removed. But convenient to the Collonade and other convention hotels in the back bay. Also easy to get to Beacon hill by T anyway. Would definitely stay here again
“Nice hotel, great location”
The hotel was attached to the convention center which was very convenient. Across the street from the convention center was Trader Joes (which is a favorite of mine). Newbury street was just a block away.
“Good convention hotel, but small room, many surcharges”
The location was ideal for my convention at the Hynes Center. But my room was surprisingly small. I found myself having to step around my suitcase to move around. Also, the surcharges for internet ($12.95 per day) and phone usage were annoyingly old-fashioned.
“Old hotel, was great probably 10 years ago...”
old-fashined hotel, was professional 10-15 years ago..... in other words - very very old....
“A Great Boston Hotel”
Great Location, Great Rate, Great Room, a good amount of amenities, and in an accessible area.
“Enjoyed every minute!”
The location of this hotel can't be beat. It has a great central location. Shopping is right outsida the door and easy access to the T. We will definitely try to stay here again.
“In the hear of the city”
