The overview of this hoel is excellent. The service ic good. H/ever, the parking fee is too expensive. For other place, the internet can be used free of charge.

We booked a room and upon entering the room found it smelled badly of smoke. I called the desk and Joey (the man who answered) said smoking wasn't allowed but he'd find a us another room. Within minutes we were relocated to a suite down the hall. What a pleasant surprise! The remainder of our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the Pats win in our living area and slept soundly in our adjoining bedroom.

Our flight arrived very early and the hotel allowed early check-in. The hotel was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the subway. Hotel staff was very nice.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights with good quality of service. The hotel is connected to the shopping mall at Copley Center so that we could go out for dining and shopping even if it rained outside.

“Great hotel”

Great location and a great hotel. Large sized room.Our bathroom needed a little updating, some paint peeling and weak shower pressure but was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and a fridge was avaliable on request. It was quiet too. The only drawback was a fee for in room internet, but there was free computer use in the lobby that I used frequently. It was the perfect location for the Boston Marathon finish and was close to all attractions and the T.

“Perfect Leisurely Stay in Downtown Boston”

Zero doubt that this would be the place of choice for future stays in Boston. The cleanliness was everything you expect from a top end hotel and was sufficient for the needs of my wife and two small children. A little thing that many, but not all rooms in nice hotels, have was the mini refrigerator which came in handy for keeping milk on hand for the youngest. As for other hotel specific amenities, the pool area was superb (large) and our whole family found it quite refreshing after hiking the Freedom Trail through historic downtown Boston on a hot summer day. The biggest advantage, for us, was really the location and surroundings. Our purpose of the visit was to see Copley Square, Boston Commons, the Freedom Trail, Fenway, and everything that makes Boston Bah-ston. We find cars to be burdensome when travelling and love using public transportation for getting to the places we've traveled to see. We purchased a 7-day pass for each adult (one kid rides free with paying adult) for the 'T' which took us virtually right to everything we wanted to see by subway or bus (mostly subway as it is old but easy to use). The hotel being attached to the Prudential Center was huge for us on a day when it started to rain as we took the subway to the Prudential Center stop which takes you right up into the complex without having to take a step outside in the rain. Plus, there were several of the major trolley tours that depart and stop right there from the Prudential Center.

“Wonderful time in Boston!”

The Sheraton is strategically located in Boston's Back Bay for easy access to public transportation, sight-seeing, shopping, and restaurants. The staff was very helpful-if they didn't know the answer to our question, they called someone who did! Our room was very clean, had a beautiful view of the city and extremely comfortable beds. We had an evening flight and the hotel gladly kept our luggage after we checked out so we could continue to sight-see on our final day.
