“Hynes Convention/Sheraton Hotel Experience”

The Sheraton hotel is located close to the Hynes Convention center in Boston, MA. The hotel is clean, well, maintained, with a polite and courteous staff. There was a minor problem with a room key that failed to work. This issue was quickly fixed by the front desk. I would definitely stay at this facility again.

Went for Boston Marathon. Convenient location to Marathon Expo in Hynes Convention Center as well as finish line. Room was very nice, staff was very helpful and great amenities eg. free use of computers in lobby made for an enjoyable stay.

I selected the Sheraton Boston due to its location to Fenway Park and it'samenities i.e. adjoining mall, pool, weght and excercise rooms. I was not disappointed at all..We will use this hotel again when we return to Boston in the future.

“Good clean room in Boston”

I felt this hotel was a good value overall. The room was clean with a nice view of the Charles River. We tried the huge hot tub, sauna and pool and enjoyed ourselves very much. It's also attached to the Prudential Center where we did some shopping and eating without having to go out in the rain. I highly recommend it!

“Sheraton Boston-Prudential Center”

The beds and bedding are the most comfortable I have found in a hotel in the US ever. I was truly surprised. The housekeeping staff's attention to detail was also better than anywhere I've stayed, and I stay in some very high-end places. It was an excellent experience. The only misgiving was that wi-fi was only available in the Lobby, not in the room.

“Great spot in a great neighborhood of a great town!”

Very helpful, friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable. Free use of many PCs in the lobby was a plus. Everything in room worked fine. Only complaint was exhorbitant cost of long distance calls made directly from room. Manager kindly made an adjustment to my satisfaction. I'd definitely return.

Great location, near many restaurants and shops, easy access to the subway, kids loved the indoor pool.

“A great place to stay!”

My three children and I spent three nights at this hotel. It was very conveniently located and easy to reach by Metro from the airport. Other benefits of the location include an indoor connection to the Prudential shops and food court, an indoor link to the Metro and Amtrak station, and a 15 minute walk to Fenway. The hotel pool was great for adults and kids alike. We were very pleased with our stay here, and have no complaints!
