Not that great.

Posted Aug 26, 2014
I arrived and checked in at 9 AM and was supposed to get a call once my room was going to be available. Did not get the call although my room was ready for me. That is not the worst part. I asked where is the self park and how much it is. i was told Valet is $50 self park is $40. Good but actually Sheraton does not have a self park. It is regular public parking with regular rates that apply. So I was charged $78 for self park because my car was parked for more than 24 hours. That is ridiculous. Bottom line Sheraton advertises that they have self park, but actually they DON'T. And nobody tell s you when it is obvious that if you come at 9 AM you will check out at 12 PM you will be there more than 24 hours.

The Sheraton, Boston

Posted Aug 26, 2014
I love visiting Boston, and what a treat to stay at the Sheraton. The location was perfect for taking in a ball game at Fenway, and walking to the Public Gardens...and if the weather is bad, I could just walk around the Prudential Center, across the skywalk, with views of the entire City. Loved it.

Easy walk to Fenway

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Convenience. Complimentary Dasani water. Luxury accomodations.
Cons: Better communication on parking options.
Location: Fenway Park. Boston Common was about a 25 minute walk.
If you stay the night before for a game and bring your car, you need to drive it out of the self park at Prudential Center and then drive it back in after 7 a.m. to get the game rate of $16.

Great location

Posted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: Beds comfortable and clean rooms. Convienent location
Cons: Have a restaurant inside that served breakfast, besides the muffins that Starbucks served.
hotel was close to many attractions. Easy to walk to Fenway, shopping and many historic sites. Also convienent to have the trolley stop in front of hotel. Transportation to and from airport just around the block for only $5. Many restaurants and bars in area. Hotel beds very comfortable and many pillows on bed. Large countertop in bathroom and good size tub and shower.

Great hotel, great location

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: location, staff
Location: right in the middle of Back Bay, walking distance to Fenway, Public gardens, Newberry Street and attached to the shops at Prudential Center
The staff was very helpful with finding adjoining rooms for us and we got a fabulous corner room. Would stay there again!!

Why charge for internet?

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Comfy beds, quiet rooms. Clean.
Cons: Free wi-fi or wired internet. (OR raise the price but include it)
Location: Prudential center, etc.
Overall, the hotel was fine. Staff was courteous and room was clean. I would prefer not to get nickel-and-dimed for things like internet access. Why not include it in the price? As a business traveler, my company is willing to pay for the room but I would get questioned about bringing back a receipt for the room. I would rather have free wi-fi; I would prefer that to all the marble in the lobby, shiny doorknobs, etc.

Great location - not worth the cost!

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: Ernie the waiter and the breakfast.
Cons: check in should be easier and quicker... rooms need to be properly maintained.
Location: Great location.
Check in took 40 minutes at 11:15pm. Had to find a manager after waiting and she was less than friendly. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain - even after maintenance came. Ernie from the breakfast room was the only saving grace.
