Boutique hotel in great location

Posted May 16, 2015
Small hotel in the West End, which is the western edge of the popular North End. Easy walk to the North End, Quincy Market / Fanueil Hall, waterfront parks, Beacon Hill. Walkable, but slightly farther, to Boston Common and Public Garden. Cozy bar with really good small-menu choices. Double room is pretty small but comfortable. However, the bathroom had the tiniest sink and rather dim lighting. Personal and friendly service Would stay there again.

Close to TD garden for my daughter's graduation

Posted May 9, 2015
Great location, service, beautiful room. Used valet parking and then my husband realized he left his glasses and phone in the car and they retrieved it for him. Able to keep luggage and cars there until after graduation...so convenient

Fabulous staff and excellent hotel location

Posted May 7, 2015
Pros: Primarily the staff was phenomenal, Frank the manager went out of his way to ensure my mother and I had a great time. They were very accommodating.
Cons: I felt that the valet services were a bit high though there was a parking garage close to the hotel.
Location: This location is absolutely perfect if you are going to see a concert at TD Garden. Very close to nightlife, restaurants and shops.
I recently stayed at the Boxer for a concert at the Garden. The entire staff was super accommodating and welcoming. Short walking distance to the concert as well as other activities.

Great little hotel

The staff at The Boxer are outstanding; they are totally customer-oriented. The lounge/bar/dining area is inviting & friendly. The rooms are small but very tastefully decorated. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again

The Boxer Hotel

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: Location, room, staff
Cons: The rooms could be bigger
Location: TD Garden, Quincy Market, North End
The room is on the smaller side but it's very lovely. Location is key and the Boxer is centrally located to all. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to places of interest. I really enjoyed my stay here

Top shelf Hotel in the heart of the city.

Posted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: Everything, the staff, the restaurant, the rooms, the location.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Very close to the Quincey Markets and other Boston attractions.
We just spent the one night at The Boxer and wished we had have had the time to spend more. Everything about this place was first class, from the staff to the rooms to the location within the city. It was an easy walk to all of the sites we had time to see in Boston, the meal at the restaurant was very well priced and all of the staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Boston again after staying here, it really was first class.

Small but efficient accommodations!

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: The location was centrally located. Within walking distance to the Garden, Faneuil Hall, and many bars and restaurants.
Cons: Taking the tissues out of the bathroom (they were wet). Move shower shelf to under the shower head (prevents elbow bumps). More sugar and cream @Kurig
Location: Garden, Faneuil Hall, New England Aquarium, Garaged Parking, bars, pubs, restaurants, pharmacy, and convenience stores near by as well.
Stayed at the Boxer, in a deluxe king room, in order to stay in town after an event at the Garden. It was PERFECT!! The rooms are as small as they look in the pictures, BUT the are arranged in such a way that it meets all of your needs without feeling like you're closed in. I wouldn't recommend the Boxer for an extended stay, or for a stay with children, but it's perfect for an event or a quick business trip. Even though the room was condensed, it was a wonderful hotel and was a perfect choice for our overnight, weekend, adventure!
