Nice hotel--poor wifi.

Posted Jun 27, 2015
This is a very comfortable and nice hotel. Two issues: Rialto restaurant was overpriced and food quality was not that good--disappointing. Also, Wifi access was HORRIBLE. Had to keep signing in and most of the time couldn't even get access. I suspect there were just too many people trying to get on at once--but this is unacceptable.

Harvard Square

Pros: Rooms and Rialto
Location: Very close to Harvard Square and 2 Starbucks! lol
Really close to Harvard Square and the red line but just a little away from the hustle and bustle. I loved the rooms and the setup of the bed. the restaurants inside the hotels are really nice but Rialto is by far worth going to.

Nice hotel with terrible pillows.

Posted Jun 12, 2015
A beautiful modern looking hotel close to the subway station, bars , shops, and restaurants that targeted Harvard students. The first night we checked in, the cable TV for the entire hotel is out and the receptionist didn't inform us when we checked in. We found out after fidgeting with a remote for a while thinking we didn't do it right. Finally I called the front desk and a male staff told us the cable had been out all day and it would be fixed soon. So I asked him why didn't someone inform us at check in. We spent a lot of money for the room and expecting all the amenities to be working. He gave me the attitude saying there is nothing they can do. No complimentary offer or anything to show that they are sorry. We travelled for a couple hours and just wanted to relax before bed time and watch TV, especially some premium channels that we don't have back home and we couldn't do that on the first night. Oh one more thing, the pillows are terrible. They are way too soft like sleeping on a near empty bean bag. My head touched the mattress when I slept on it. What's the point to have pillows there anyway?
