Construction

Only problem was construction adjacent to the hotel. Nothing they can do but it was bothersome and you should be aware if the disruption.

Pros: Staff was very accommodating. Great location, good restaurants, very clean and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and quiet.
Location: Good location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. And of course it is very close to Harvard University.
This is a first class hotel with all of the amenities that we needed.

Lovely hotel

Would have been ideal if there had been a queen and a single or two queens available.

Great location

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: Room, access to food, location
Cons: It would be nice to have an in room coffee maker.
Location: Near Harvard Square and access to the T.
Lovely stay for college tour with my son. Great location close to red line. Lots of dining options both at hotel and in Harvard Square. Henrietta's is great for breakfast. Very comfortable beds and nicely appointed room. Quiet yet close to a lot of activity.

Nice hotel with good food.

Posted Jul 2, 2015
The hotel was very nice, but there was a lot of construction going on in the area and the room actually shook every day from 8 am through the afternoon. We should have been informed of this problem and I feel the hotel should have had more reasonable rates due to this inconvenience. When the shaking first happened I actually looked under the bed because it was shaking so much. A guest in the room above us called us to complain that we were causing the problem. That was ridiculous! would stay there again, but I would call the hotel first to make sure there was no construction so close to the hotel.

Nice hotel--poor wifi.

Posted Jun 27, 2015
This is a very comfortable and nice hotel. Two issues: Rialto restaurant was overpriced and food quality was not that good--disappointing. Also, Wifi access was HORRIBLE. Had to keep signing in and most of the time couldn't even get access. I suspect there were just too many people trying to get on at once--but this is unacceptable.

Harvard Square

Posted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Rooms and Rialto
Location: Very close to Harvard Square and 2 Starbucks! lol
Really close to Harvard Square and the red line but just a little away from the hustle and bustle. I loved the rooms and the setup of the bed. the restaurants inside the hotels are really nice but Rialto is by far worth going to.
