“They were wonderful!”

My teenage daughter and I were making college visits and also taking a little time to see the city. The front desk, concierge, and bell captain, and door personnel basically adopted us and gave us all sorts of tips that made our trip extra special. There was a small mixup in our type of room and they fixed it with an upgrade to a wonderful view room that added to our pleasure. They cheerfully accomodated my allergy to the otherwise wonderfully comfortable bedding, and basically were over the top nice to me, who had to be a bit of an unintenionally difficult guest. Their location was ideal and a matter of a few steps to the "T", (subway.) They were in a very easy walk to a major shopping center, restaurants, convenience store, etc. I will stay there again and definitely recommend them to anyone.

“Excellent Hotel”

The hotel was well located, walking distance from many sites. The service was excellent and the room and hotel in general was very comfortable. We also liked the fact that the hotel was not too large and not overcrowded.

“Affordable luxury, will return!”

Absolutely no complaints: great location, right across street from a shopping center and train stop; friendly, helpful and professional staff; great condition hotel rooms and common areas. Will return to this hotel next time I'm in Boston. Oh, and loved the rubber ducky :)

“excellent location - brilliant holiday”

our first trip to Boston - but won't be our last. Location of hotel excellent - Pru opposite for shopping, Newbury Street for excellent bars and restaurants (although Cheesecake Factory right opposite well worth a visit or two) and Subway right outside main door for easy and quick access to everywhere (save money and get a Charlie card) Boston is a great city to walk too. Comfiest bed ever slept in. 10th floor hallway looked very sad and tired but rooftop pool area very pretty. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

“Great hotel and location”

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the Collonade. It was a great location, great concierge assistance for use of the subway (right outside the hotel) and recommended restaurants. Easy parking, nice area to take walks at any hour. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool on the rooftop was fun too.

“Great location; beautiful place to stay”

The hotel's renovation is complete and beautiful. We had a city view and an immaculate room. It is also steps from the subway which made it ideal for seeing the city.

Beautiful decor. Very nicely renovated and upscale. Excellent location, very convenient to subway. View from the 10th floor room was fantastic. Staff very helpful.

“whoa,,,,,,,,the pool”

The hotel itself was very nice, nothing fancy but the rooms were clean and comfortable. the service was very good and the food was good as well, the location was very good close to everything that we were interested in, but the thing I liked most about the hotel was the pool, excellent, not a huge pool, but on the roof and the service there was great, great food. great drinks, try the lobster roll yummy.

“Great location and great accomodations”

My daughter is attending school in the Back Bay area, so I have stayed at the Colonnade a few times in the past. I love staying here when I am visiting her. It is a convenient location; close to shopping and restaurants and most importantly close to my daughter's apartment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
