The staff at the hotel were incrediable!!!Posted Sep 2, 2014
Location: It is close to everything.
The staff at Fairmont were incrediable. From the doorman all the way to the cleaning people, they were over the top and great. Michael and John, the doorman treated us like family and made our stay fantastic. The staff at Oak were also great. So much so we ate almost every meal with them. Great place and we will stay their everytime while in Boston!!!

Great hotel; convenient location.Posted Sep 1, 2014
Stayed here while settling my daughter into her dorm at Northeastern. While we shopped and walked, and walked and walked, it was wonderful to come "home" to the Copley Plaza!

Excellent locationPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: location, staff, and beautiful facility
Cons: perhaps having another restaurant that provides a quiet intimate dinner
Location: historical sites, Fenway Park, Little Italy, upscale shopping
Our concierge, Jason, made our stay one of the most enjoyable we have had anywhere. He attended to our every need. The hotel lobby is exquisite. All of the staff were well trained, courteous, and professional Our room was very comfortable. The location of the hotel enables visitors to enjoy all of the historical landmarks. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others

Ideal location in Central BostonPosted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: The way they have updated the facilities but kept a lot of the finery
Cons: Discounts for frequent visitors
Location: We stay here when we visit Fenway Park. Nice central location, quality shopping, hiking around the Charles River, T station at Copley Square.
The previous times we have stayed at this hotel the outer walls have been covered with scaffold. The interior was good but looking dated. What a transformation; well done to the owners for updating the old girl and still keeping the character . Ideal stay for visiting Fenway Park and shopping is close by. Nice to see Katy Copley is still greeting visitors she must be close to retirement.

old hotel and overpriced. Very small room, no HD TV and they want to charge for internet!

Pros: Location, bar and classic design. Loved Catie the hotel dog.
Cons: Valet. The valet service did not measure up for a hotel in this class.
Location: Newburry St., churches, Copley Mall, Boston Commons, ....
Good, updated rooms, beautiful setting. Really well located in the heart of Boston.

Location is perfect, hotel was clean quiet, elegant. There was a fire alarm at midnight but the system kept everyone informed and assured the guests until the fire dept. reported and turned it off. Very relaxing atmosphere in spite of the fancy decor. Lovely anniversary trip.
