It was fine.Posted Jul 21, 2014
The hotel was fine. The location is decent. My 7am wake up call came at 5:30, though. The night staff didn't know anything about the T but he daytime staff was very helpful.

Cons: More bath towels in room. They were only 2.
Location: Close to T and restaurants, walking or riding.
Only stayed 1 night, but it was very reasonable and within walking distance to may venues and close to T. Would stay again.

okPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: close to where I wanted to go in the medical center area
Cons: Nicer amenities, better than ok services
Services passable. Nothing to recommend either facility wise or service wise. Forgot to call the taxi but refused to acknowledge

Hotel is very good, but my e booking more than a month before I paid almost 50% more than those who booked 15 days before per night in same period through e booking.

Convenient, easy to findPosted May 28, 2014
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Maybe better sound proofing between rooms.
Location: Close to colleges of the Fenway. Good place to stay when visiting these schools.
Comfortable bed, no weird smells, coffee machine, fridge, more space than some city hotels. Will use again if we are in the area. Parking garage is very small, though.

Grad WeekendPosted May 21, 2014
Pros: Comfortable rooms, K-cups coffee
Cons: Dining experience. Needs stronger management presense and training
Location: Not much unless you have medical reasons to visit. Nothing to eat anywhere nearby.
Desk staff not well trained or knowledgable. Often distracted by the phone(no operator). Rooms comfortable and clean. The restaurant was 2 bad experiences. Lack of management presence, unfriendly staff and average food quality.

Visiting Nephew was at the hospital nearby.Posted May 16, 2014
Pros: Proximity to hospital.
Cons: Size of rooms, size of bathrooms, nicer blankets. More electric outlets.
The price charged for this room was ridiculous. It was worth about half of what we were charged. I really think they take advantage of families that have to stay there because of loved ones in the hospital nearby. We had a room with 2 queen beds. The room was one of the smallest rooms I've ever stayed at. Barely room to move around. Not enough electrical outlets. We had to unplug the lamp or tv in order to plug in the coffee maker! Let alone trying to use outlets for phone or computer charges. The bathroom was also tiny. No counter space at all. And the sink was inside the bathroom so only one person at a time could get ready and / or use the bathroom. The blankets on the bed were paper thin. When we entered the room the ac was on so high the room had to be about 40 degrees. If it wasn't for the fact that our nephew was in the hospital there and that we didn't arrive until midnight and were exhausted we would have checked out and checked into somewhere else. We were also facing the streets and could hear everything including the exhaust from hotel or somewhere. No insulation to keep out noises from the windows. The restaurant food was good but the service was incredibly slow. This was the biggest rip off hotel I've ever stayed at. Would have been worth staying somewhere else and taking taxi to hospital!!

My Boston Redsoxs TripPosted May 6, 2014
Pros: The staff and it was very clean
Cons: everything was good, i can't think of anything that can be done to improve
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was my first time in Boston and I was in town for the Boston RedSoxs game. My stay was very pleasurable and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was very helpful and nice.
