We loved the Kendall Hotel! I will only caution that the parking garage is very small and spaces there are very tight- I backed into a bollard that I could not see causing damage to my car.

Our room was not well lighted. but then again, we are elderly. Staff overall were excellent. Breakfast area was very clean and again, staff made you feel welcome.

We had an issue with our room and the gentleman on duty at midnight went above and beyond to move us and be sure we were good. And the breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommend.

Charming place with lots of lovely gestures from staff to make us feel welcome. The room did not look like a hotel room but a perfect guest room in a New England home.

What a beautiful hotel! We absolutely loved our stay at the Kendall hotel and would definitely stay again! Our only complaint is that our room was very hot and the windows did not open. The front desk staff was lovely and provided us with a fan. This is a very old historic building so the temperature must be challenging to regulate, but I would suggest asking for a fan if it’s uncomfortable for you. Otherwise it was an absolutely spectacular stay!

Spacious room, comfortable bed and linens. Loved the fridge. Excellent breakfast and wine hour. Also lived the treats with turndown. Cute and historic building. Parking on site. Will be back!

This is a quaint historic hotel in Kendall Square. The lobby and rooms are nicely decorated and very charming. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice. Parking was $45 additional per night. The parking garage is in the basement below the hotel and is very tight. I’d recommend a small vehicle if you’re going to park here. Breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes with sour cream, salsa, and hot sauce available were the choices for hot breakfast during my 4 night stay.

Cute hotel in great location. Not really a "work" hotel, no desk in the room and no gym on premise. The hotel provides a pass to a CAC gym a few blocks away.

We loved staying here and definitely will be back. The service was wonderful, room was clean (also I loved the decor of the entire hotel), and I felt very safe in the nearby areas. Conveniently located close to the T which made it super easy and fast to get around. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

great hotel. loved the little touches that most hotel chains don't do anymore. we had a nice care package delivered to our room, nice wine tasting in the lobby, great breakfast. The hotel was quaint and cozy. wish we had more time spent there. the only negative is if you a large car/truck the parking in garage is close to impossible.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The heat controls were easy although it took a long time for the hot water to come to the bathroom. Staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the lounge area very cozy and comfortable. All in all an excellent hotel.

It was a wondeful stay and safe area to walk around. Lots of good places to eat even next door. The hotel is not a chain and was quiet. Both are good reasons to go there.

A very welcoming front desk staff. Very thorough and thoughtful housekeeping staff. Spaces rooms. Nice free welcome snacks in the room. Bathroom toiletries could be of a higher quality. Clean, well fitted and comfortable.

I commute to Cambridge each week and so have stayed at various hotels in the area. The location of the Kendall Hotel is ideal for getting to the Eastern part of the MIT campus. Very welcoming front desk staff and the housekeeping staff do a good job each day. It’s an old building that has been thoughtfully renovated. A very nice and filling breakfast buffet each morning. Great snacks in the room. My only suggested improvement is a better quality of toiletries.
