Top quality hotel, a little expensive. Very cleanPosted May 14, 2015
Pros: Staff were helpful and hotel was very clean. Good amenities and very professionally run.
Location: Walkable distances to bars and restaurants
Quick check in, very clean and top quality hotel with all required amenities for a pleasant stay. Expensive but not necessary to use all the bars and restaurants as there are many places to eat within walking distance.

Best Hotel in BostonPosted May 4, 2015
Pros: I loved the rooms, the staff, the beautiful decor, and the gorgeous surroundings. I felt like a queen staying at the Langham!
Cons: NOTHING. Everything was perfect! Thank you for an amazing weekend!
Location: Definitely go to Howl at the Moon! We also ate at Theo's Cozy Corner for breakfast. It was delicious.
This was an absolutely stunning hotel. It was reasonably priced but FAR exceeded my expectations. Staying at the Langham made me feel like royalty. From check in to check out, everyone was EXTREMELY accommodating. I want to come back to Boston just to stay at the Langham. We were only there for the weekend, so we didn't get to experience everything we wanted to. I am dying to go back!

It was nice to be in a great location to walk to many great shopping areas and pubs. I do wish they offered a "romantic" package though at the hotel.

Cons: There was an HVAC or sin liar system running day and night right outside the room: it roared on and off, sometimes so much that the room shook.
My room was small but well appointed The noise of mechanical equipment marred the stay, though, minus that, I'd give everything about the hotel top marks.

Almost PerfectPosted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Bed & sheets were superb, decor very tasteful
Cons: check in - better trained staff
Location: fantastic location in heart of old Boston
Despite showing my expedia reservation, a gift from hotel waiting for us, it took 10 minutes for Reception to check us in - was insisting that our reservation was for a week earlier. Room was fantastic - in Boston for Marathon.
