Pros: the hotel was in a perfect place for most things, also the metro was near by.

great hotel, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It was raining hard when we checked out, the doorman (the tall guy) is very helpful and always go out his way to hold umbrella for customers that go out/in the car, that's so nice!

Great Hotel in a Great Location

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: The chocolates and water bottles left every evening on our night table.
Cons: The bathroom wallpaper could use some updating.
Location: Fanieul Hall and many of the sites on the Freedom Trail a very close by.
I loved this beautiful elegant hotel. The staff is very friendly and the service is top notch and the location can't be beat for walking to all the tourist sites. Loved the courtesy pink taxi that takes guests (for free) to any destination within a two mile radius of the hotel.

Super comfortable, lovely hotel. We'll be back!

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Size of the rooms. Great service. Beautifully decorated from reception to the rooms.
Location: The proximity to Boston Common was great for a morning jog. Great spots to eat nearby was also handy.
The size of the room was the first pleasant suprise in this beautiful hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were luxurious. We loved our time here and will stay here again next time we are in Boston.

Really convenient for those who want to walk the city - Boston Common, Quincy Market and the North end all easily accessible. We even walked from the hotel to Fenway!

Interesting Stay

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Very nice ambiance, beautiful pool and spa. Good location.
Cons: Customer service not up to par. No room service ever came and a number of things in room did not work.
Beautiful hotel located in a convenient area of Boston. Ordered room service at 7pm that never showed up, even after a reminder call 60 minutes after placing the order. Gave up after an hour and a half and had to go out to dinner in town. Had a bed lamp that did not work and a shower temperature knob that was so loose that it would not stay in place and always went to cold. Went to go for a walk in the morning at 7am with my 9 year old daughter, to find "ladies of the evening" coming out of the hotel from their evenings' rendezvous' and gathering together outside of the building. Told the people at the desk and they apologized, but no comps. First and last time at the Langham for me and the family. There are many good hotels and Boston and never had an experience like this before.
