Lovely hotel in the heart of boston

Posted Nov 5, 2014
Lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful staff (though American customer service is generally excellent anyway). You can have breakfast in your room but there isn't a specific dining area for breakfast. Two nice restaurants within the hotel and that lovely Lindt shop on the corner! You're in an expensive part of town but there are ample reasonably priced restaurants within easy walking distance and the red line T stop is a two minute walk. We stayed twice within one holiday breaking in the middle to go to New York. When we checked back in for the second part of our stay at the Lenox there was homemade cookies and milk for us in our room as a welcome back. Lovely gesture. The Flour Bakery is nearby and excellent for breakfast. Overall a great hotel.

Lovely hotel to base a visit

Posted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: location, staff, and interior
Cons: Tea and coffee facilities in room would have been nice but was available in the lobby for the mornings so not a great problem.
Location: central to Copley square and Prudential tower. Short walk to common and freedom trail and close to local transport.
Stayed 3 nights in October on a short break. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about local facilities and transport. Always happy to assist and not overpowering. Can recommend this hotel and we will return- might ask for an outside view next time as we overlooked an inner section of the building.

Lovely hotel in Back Bay, Boston

Posted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: Elegant with a bit of a buzz going on. Teas & coffee in hall, plus hot cider for halloween! Yummy. The Irish pub attached was reasonable for meals.
Location: Within walking distance of the train station, next to Prudential Centre - large shopping mall!
Lovely large room, with very comfortable bed! Turn down service at night, lovely touch!

Have no doubt in recommending this hotel, truely fantastic, spotlessly clean , amazingly helpful staff and perfect location, wouldn't concidser any other hotel when staying in Boston as ' The Lennox ' has everything and more even down to complimentary teas and coffees in the morning to fresh apple cider in the evening.

comfort

It was like my home away from home. The staff was very warm and comforting. Nate was terrific in helping us decide where to you. The girls at the front desk were wonderful as well. I would definitely go back.

Individual hotel in city centre

Posted Oct 28, 2014
We stayed at the Lenix for two nights at the end of our holiday. The hotel is in a good location near Prudential centre, shops and bars/restaurants on Newbury st. Staff were very helpful - concierge arranged Bruins tickets for us and gave advice on best way to get to arena. Good choice of bars/restaurants within hotel itself also

Truly Welcoming

Posted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: The staff, amenitites & location.
Location: Shopping & amazing dining!
Not only was the staff welcoming they actually remembered us from day to day during our 3-day girls trip. We loved the fact that we weren't nickel & dimed for the bottled water in our room and the L'Occitane products in the bathroom were top notch. We visited all the onsite establishments for food & drinks and loved that shopping was a short walk away.

Nice Back Bay Hotel.

We went to Boston for a couple of days off and to see some shows. This was a classic hotel that has been well maintained and includes many nice touches. Close to many things attractions and things to see. Also, it was easy to get to by the Subway.
