Pros: The decor and staff
The service at the Lenox was amazing. They are very responsive and very helpful. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The decor is very beautiful. Additionally it is located very conveniently in Copley Square, right next to stores, restaurants and the Prudential Mall.

Great Introduction to Boston Hospitality!Posted Mar 2, 2014
This hotel is in a great location. It is easy to take the train from the airport saving the cost of a taxi. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The hotel is "grand" with wonderful architectural details but the rooms are modern yet elegant. Having never been to Boston I was pleased with this hotel and the surrounding area. Being close to a train station makes it easy to see many sights. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, luxe environment.Posted Feb 21, 2014
Pros: E.V. charging, ecco friendly, quiet elegance, consistent high quality throughout, location.
Cons: Didn't see any evidence of umbrellas in the rooms or lobby. Would be a nice amenity. Wouldn't be surprised if one could by had by asking.
Location: Everything we needed to do was accessible on foot, short cab rides. Metro was also nearby.
Block away from Newbury shopping, restaurants. Chosen for it's offering of a curb side electric vehicle charging station, but were delighted by the deluxe accommodations. Historic building, excellent recent renovation. Everything first quality. Not sure if they are all that way, but the room we had and the neighboring room were large enough to accommodate two queen size beds and plenty of space around them. Large walk in closet and roomy enough bath with tub. No password required, free wifi, complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. Two night stay, one dinner and breakfast in the attractive dining room were excellent. Next visit to Boston, this would be first choice. Courtesy car and driver was a plus. Stayed at another Stash hotel in NYC and the staff at both were both way friendly and helpful.

Two-Night Stay in BostonPosted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: The service and the location were great.
Location: Everything we wanted to do was within steps of us--from the restaurant we wanted to go to, to Newbury Street shopping to food/drink from Shaw's.
The service was absolutely wonderful. Whenever we asked for anything (whether the lighting of the fireplace, or a couple of extra drinking glasses), it happened in an instant and the staff were unfailingly pleasant.

Delightful boutique hotel near Copley Square, BostPosted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: Location, staff, amenities.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: Lots of restaurants; good access to downtown; Copley Square nearby.
My first time at this hotel; it was a delightful experience, even though I was in Boston for business. Great service, fine dining opportunities, nice rooms. All-in-all: a pleasure.

Best boutique for romantic weekendPosted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: Beautiful yet not in an ostentatious way.
Location: Lyric Stage Company Theater, Copley Square, Newbury Street.
This hotel is simply wonderful. Beautiful and classy yet still cozy and welcoming. Perfect place to stay on a snowy weekend in Boston. Walking distance to great hotels, theaters, shopping. We were going to stay at the Fairmont but the Lenox is so much more intimate. Great experience.

Very friendly staff. Nice Irish pub. Close to thePosted Feb 8, 2014
I found the staff to be very friendly in the room quiet and clean. My conference was two blocks from there and it was easy to walk to. It was much cheaper to stay at this hotel than most of the other ones in that area. Free Internet access by Wi-Fi is a nice touch.

Great location, serene setting with attentive stafPosted Feb 3, 2014
This is a gem of a hotel right in the middle of the Copley Square neighborhood. The staff is delightfully attentive, and the room had the old thick plaster walls so you never heard a thing outside your own room - not that common anymore! All the amenities including a large bar of great soap ( not the cheesy size). The lobby had a fire going all the time, the restaurants and bar were excellent, and my wife never wanted to leave. I, on the other hand liked th location to walk all over town. Nice place, and we will come back.
