Presidents Day Weekend

Forget the negative reviews on trip advisor! in for a long president's day weekend and everything was absolutely perfect. Room, staff, location all perfect. Even in blizzard conditions we were able to hit all the great places near Faneuil Hall...on foot! Enjoy!

Great rooms and location

Pros: clean, spacious, friendly
Cons: slow elevator
Location: excellent
The hotel has a lovely feeling, and the door men are very helpful. We walked everywhere from the wonderful location. I thought the restaurant was excellent though very expensive. The service was outstanding but not too formal. I thought the rooms (we had two rooms for four of us) were very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were also spacious with a great showers. Not over the top either.

One of our rooms was not ready due to a contracted late check out and a very SLOW guest...we went out to a very nice dinner where 3 little perks came along "compliments of the Ritz"--thanks. Great experience.

I frequently stay at high end Hotels and the Ritz- Carlton in Boston was one of the best. What stood out most was the Outstanding Customer Service we received. i was greated by name and they couldn't do enough to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The concierge was exceptional and catered to our every need. The room was everything i could have asked for. I look forward to returning
