“Great rooms and location”

The hotel has a lovely feeling, and the door men are very helpful. We walked everywhere from the wonderful location. I thought the restaurant was excellent though very expensive. The service was outstanding but not too formal. I thought the rooms (we had two rooms for four of us) were very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were also spacious with a great showers. Not over the top either.

Checked into the Ritz Commons for a weekend in Boston. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out the service was excellent ! Room service was fast & staff was courteous. I had a executive suite which was very spacious nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable & bathroom luxurious. I normally stay at the Four Seasons but decided to give the Ritz a try. I would definitely stay here again !

This hotel offers great amenities such as the fitness center and Club level rooms where one can enjoy a buffet breakfast/lunch/hors d'oeurves simply and comfortably. The staff goes to great extent to take care of your needs. Lovely stay at a beautiful hotel!

“It's worth every penny”

Spacious room, and extremely nice beds with great linens, pillows, and down comforters. Fabulous bathroom with perfect shower. Staff was friendly and efficient. Wish I could've stayed longer.

“quiet elegance”

We read the reviews on all of the hotels in the Boston area and selected this one because it was a Ritz and because of the pool(we have a young lady who loves to swim). When we arrived we were warmly greeted and our little girl was charmed by the staff! The lobby and bar/restaurant at street level was elegantly modern and the food was marvelous. The room was spacious and well laid out. The furniture and fixtures were all tastefull and highend although a little to traditional to mesh with the modernity of the public spaces. The only disappointment was that the LA sports club is only open to children for a few hours on Sunday. We never got to work-out together because one of us had to stay with our daughter.

The Ritz Carlton - Boston was a class act from the moment you pull up in your car. The employees are trained to act as if they enjoy meeting you and making your stay perfect! I cannot say enough about this hotel!
