$220/night??? Should have been more like $120...

Pros: Beds were very comfortable, but 2 queens instead of 2 doubles would have been even better. Shower was great. Pool was clean, but cold.
Cons: Better turnover from guest to guest in regards to cleaning each room, assessing for broken items. Having "family" or quite floors.
Location: Location was great, short cab ride to the aquarium, or even a nice walk to the Boston Children's Museum. Lots to do in walking distance!
The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were wonderfully pleasant. The room quality was not what I expected for the amount we paid. Our rooms curtain was broken, and appeared to have been broken for a while. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the dresser and night stand. The office chair that was in the room was worn through the leather so the insides of the chair were visible. After paying for the room charge, the internet was a lot extra (which we didn't use) but it couldn't be included? Hotel itself was beautiful, location is perfect for me and my family to spend a few days in the city. Having a restaurant in the hotel was convenient, although very over priced for an Irish pub. I do understand that it is a very large facility, but having taking my family with 2 kids, it was not enjoyable to hear people and doors closing at all hours of the night. Maybe consider having quite hours for certain floors that have families, or early flights to avoid the noise all night.

Very good place to stay for a short trip. This hotel is very closed to the good seafood restaurants.

This is an ideal hotel for a business traveler visiting Boston. New, clean, no-fuss hotel. Only downside is that I was there during a low-season and the Starbucks was closed after 1pm! But everyone at the property was accommodating and helpful.
