Great Stay, awesome staff

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Great location, lovely view. Convenient skyway connection to the Prudential Center and Hynes Auditorium.
Cons: It would be nice to have a regular parking lot rather than valet only. But the valet guys were really terrific.
Location: This is in Boston's Copley Square area, and I was attending an event at the Hynes Convention Center.
The hotel and room were lovely, but it was the helpful staff who really made this a great stay. Everyone I spoke to went out of their way to make my visit more convenient by explaining services and offering available extras. I was able to check in early and check out late.

Exceptional

I loved everything about my experience at the Westin. The hotel staff are outstandingly professional and friendly, the room was super comfortable and spotless, the view from the room was dreamy and the location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend trip.

In the heart of Boston

The hotel is very nice, the staff was just ok they give you the feeling that they are not going to go above and beyond but that is whatever. The rooms are way too small and the beds suck!!

Nice Hotel

Posted Feb 28, 2014
Location: Good location. There is a walkway to the mall... no need to go outside. The hotel was also walking distance to many different sites.
The rooms are bigger than most hotels, in Boston. Very clean.. and my favorite, was the clean comforter on the bed. I will not sleep under a bedspread, someone else has slept under.

over-night in Boston

Had a nice but short overnight in Boston. Didn't get to us the amenities so could have stayed elsewhere for a bit less. A little pricey but consistently good. Convenient to where we were headed in the city.

Nice staff, disappointing cleaniness

Posted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: Nice location.
Cons: The room service should make sure that everything in the room is clean before check-in.
Location: Wonderful mall and great food at Legal Seafood.
Staff were all nice and ready to help. However, the room cleaniness was disappointing. We found hairs on beds, sheets and pillow covers were not clean. One of the soap bars in the bathroom had already been used when we arrived at room. Since we only stayed for one night, we did not report. But we never encountered such things in any 4-star hotel before.

Great location

Posted Feb 17, 2014
The location of the Westin Copley can't be beat especially in the winter. You can shop and eat at great locations without leaving the building. The parking was full, so we were diverted to the other parking garage that is still connected via the shopping area. The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was pretty standard for an upscale hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The door and walls to the hall seem to be very thin, and when there is someone in the corridor, you know it. A fine hotel for downtown Boston.

Solid, nice hotel in a good location

Posted Feb 16, 2014
Staff were welcoming and professional, rooms are nice, nothing spectacular. You are definitely paying for the prime location. The hotel is attached to the copley mall, which is convenient, and a great home base for exploring the city. Good health club. Down side: Everything appears to cost extra, the bar is over priced for the quality.

Westin Copley is now old and tired.

The brand really should stand for more. Both facilities and staff seem old and tired.
