Pros: Staff BEDS!! Clean Nice Pool
Cons: Prices inside the Hotel are a little pricey
Location: Aquarium Duck Tour Copley Park Subway Sation
We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the bed was worth the money itself. Bathrooms are a little dark, and have to walk to a Dunkin Donuts because Starbucks is outragous. We did call down to the desk to see if we could walk around with a drink if we bought one from the bar and she said no...later found out we are allowed anywhere on premises. When checking in sign up for their free membership and get free in room internet. They also let us check in 2 hours early and after check-out the car is still parked until 4 so you can still sight see. What a wonderful experience...loved it!

Disappointing

While the location can't be beat - the hotel itself is rub down and the staff not very helpful or friendly - we never even got our checkout email - very poorly run !!

Beautiful hotel in a great location!

My boyfriend & I came to Boston for the weekend and loved this hotel! It was recommended to us by a friend & we thought it was in a convenient location; close to Fenway, subway, as well as shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and accommodating, helpful staff, and great bar inside. We will definitely be coming back!!

THE HOTEL IS GREAT, STAFF COULD IMPROVE THOUGH, THE STAFF HANDLING MY CHECK IN SEEMED TO BE IMPATIENT, AND THAT'S ACTUALLY A LADY TRYING TO CONFIRM HER UNDERSTANDING BY SAYING, `YES, WHAT.'

Excellent hotel

Posted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: The amazing view and great staff, Nathalie was very helpful and great with our 3 small boys.
Cons: Free wifi would have been great but we bought our own sim from AT & T located by the library, 5 mins from hotel.
Location: Centrally located plenty of restaurants nearby and close to tour pick up stops.
If you are lucky enough to get a high floor the views over the city are amazing. Well located for trolley bus and duck tours, good supermarket 2 mins walk from hotel. Cheesecake Factory great for dinner, 5 mins walk. We loved staying here great staff would have loved more free kid tv channels for the children to watch.

Great hotel to explore Boston

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Quality of the room and the location to explore Boston.
Cons: Changing room facility by the swimming pool.
Location: Great to explore Boston on public transport and right in the middle of shops and restaurants. Subway pass for 7 days is less than $20.
Booked this hotel as it offered an extra bed in the suite and we were not disappointed with plenty of space and great views from the double aspect windows. As we were exploring Boston on public transport it was ideally located with two subway lines (Green and Orange) within 2 minutes walk. A bonus as the Amtrak also stopped at Back Bay station for when we arrived. The pool was good for a leisurely swim and the gym well equipped. Only downside was the expensive breakfast but there were plenty of places nearby so not a problem.
