“a great hotel”

hotel is beautiful, very comfortable and would definitely recommend it for you stay in boston. it is located in a great area, walking distance to all. the only thing i wish was that the pool would have been a bit bigger and not so cold. the water temperature was a bit on the cool side and when you got out of the water you were freezing because the ac was on. after a day of siteseeing a swim in the pool is necessary and was a bit disappointed that i couldn't really enjoy it. “Beautiful Hotel”

The hotel, the staff and the room overall were wonderful, the only complaint we had was that there were quite a few small children in the whirlpool splashing around. The minimum age requirement is stated as 16, these children were well under that. But other than that, we can't wait to go back!

This was such a nice hotel. I had a wonderful time and it was a perfect location and sooo awesome that it was connected to the mall.

The Westin was super value - even for the single traveller ! The room was huge with fab view of boston skyline and beds were amazingly comfortable. All staff were very professional and helpful and standard of food excellent even though you will no doubt hit the many restaurants in Boston.

I love the junior suite, perfect for a family with 2 lil ones. Great location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pillows/beds were very comfy. I would definitely stay there again.

“Excellent comfort!”

This hotel is centrally located in the Boston Back Bay area, adjacent to two major malls and an easy walk from boutique shopping on Newbury Street and many cultural institutions. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, upgrading us to a more expensive "river view" room upon request, despite the very low Expedia rate we captured. The downsides? Costly daily parking rates and high room rates during conferences and public events in Boston.

Westin was very nice. It's attached to the Copley/Prudential Center shopping area and Copley Square in Boston - great areas. The hotel was clean, well apportioned, and comfortable with a nice view. The bar was adequate, if expensive, and there's tons of other food and drink choices within easy walking distance. And the in-room breakfast was actually good - and I'm not usually a fan of room service, but they showed up on time and with good food. The only complaint I might have is that they make you go to the lobby for free WiFi, charging for 24 hour blocks of time for WiFi service in the rooms. I think WiFi should be free in every hotel everywhere and in every part of the hotel.

“A good experience”

I was there for a conference and the hotel was very convienent is its location. I certainly appreciated have a StarBucks right inside the hotel! The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous.
