“great find in boston”

I had a great experience at this hotel. They greeted and helped us in any way possible while we stayed with them...they were also extremely friendly during our days there. I loved our rooms and the best room service I have had in a hotel ever!! Great location to all areas of boston if your shopping or looking at the history freedom trail. It seems to be only getting better with the spa and night area in the bar.

“W what a cracking hotel”

I stayed in the W hotel in Boston and i must say what a great hotel, its in a great location with the Theatre district on the doorstep. The hotel room was what you would expect from a luxury hotel and was like a home away from home. There was a couple of docking points for my Ipod and Iphone and a Blue-ray player which i made use of as i stayed a week, and their is only so much drinking one can do without a relaxing evening to recuperate. Staff were friendly and helpful A+ as far as i am concerned.

Clean, comfortable, excellent service, excellent quality of the room....can't say anything bad about this hotel. The location is great and the restaurant on site, Market, was amazing. I would love to go back!

Sorry we don't speak very well english but I can tell the room was beautiful, very comfortable, spacious, lightful with a wonderful view! It is contemporary ambiance and the food is very tasty! It was our first time in Boston and the location of the W Hotel was perfect according to us. No need to have a car even to have diner in town. Great location, just near the Boston Common which actually was perfect for our kids!

“Can't Wait to Return”

I traveled alone to Boston and my stay at the W Hotel was phenomenal. They treated me as if they all knew me and took care of my every request immediately. The concierge reserved me a seat at the restaurant bar for dinner, which was amazing, and then he reserved me a second dinner at a wonderful restaurant in the Little Italy area the second night. The room was the nicest room I've ever stayed in, and the lounge area is the place to be in the city right now from what I observed. All in all, I had a wonderful time and plan to return soon!

“Great great hotel”

I stayed with my dog. I love the hotel very very much and my dog as well. She was running around with happiness! I wish they had a bath tub(as I was travelling with my in-laws who loves taking a bath) but I was happy with nice the shower. Great location and very friendly staff and room and amenities (specially dog amenities) was wonderful,and was comfortable stay.

“Cool and comfortable”

I'm a big fan of W hotels, and the Boston property is probably the most comfortable of those I have stayed in (compared to Chicago, New Orleans, Manhattan midtown, and San Diego). While perhaps a little more "family oriented" than the usual W, the greater room size more than makes up. The location is great for the public gardens and the theaters, but night life in the area is otherwise a little thin. We stayed there during hurricane Irene, and the staff were fantastic, as always.

“Expensive but worth it”

We stayed at the W in Boston for a wedding. The service was outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to see that everything was to our satisfaction. The bar area is pleasant and friendly. We got good advise about nearby eateries and shopping.

“Very Cool!!”

I recently stayed in Boston @ the W. It was probably one of the coolest rooms I have stayed in, it was very similar to a Hard Rock in feel. There was a bottle of wine on the shelf that had a tag on it saying "bring the party back to your room". Unfortunately my stay was too short. I can't wait to go back.
