“Wouldnt stay anywhere else in Boston”
Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Great late night bar in the lobby. There was a water main break in the city the day we arrived and our hotel was one of few (talking to people staying at other hotels) that helped facilitate the incident by providing fresh drinking water. The hotel also has a very nice workout facility and the rooms were incredible. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Boston!
“love boston w”
beautiful wonderful room, modern and fresh....service was execellent and i had a late checkout to accomodate my late flight...it was awesome!!
“Trendy hotel”
Contemporary fresh hotel in theater district with awesome appearence, busy lively bar and top restaurant . Regretfully weak consierge service, luck of vanity kit at bathroom and $7 drinking water in the room.
“Boston's Best Hotel”
As we approached the hotel, we were welcomed with smiles and friendly employees. Our room was ready with our check in (we arrived early) and was everything we were hoping for - clean, bright and spacious. Conveniently located in the middle of everything - Newbury Street, Fanieulle Hall, Little Italy. In the evening, the lobby converts to a bar/lounge where people come together to laugh, socialize and dance. Great hotel - would definately recommend it to any traveller.
“very clean and modern hotel. the room is large and they have very nice large lounge.”
i have enjoyed my stay. very good location and walking distance from most of the major shops. the staff are very friendly and helpful
“Recent stay”
Great staff, extremely pleasant and helpful from top to bottom and ideal location, very nice upkeep. Minor negative - room/elevator key needed replacing over 4 times. Somewhat bigger negative - hotel dining room very expensive, microscopic wine pour, wines by glass program too expensive for what you get. Nearby nightclub thumpingly loud one night into wee hours.
“Chic, top notch hotel that really cares”
I recently stayed at the W Boston for 2 nights with my 17 year old daughter while we were visiting colleges. The hotel is very chic and the staff could not have been more caring and wonderful. When we checked in I mentioned that we would be leaving early the next morning to start some college campus tours. I wanted to know how far in advance I needed to call down for our car. Later on that evening, Jeremy (the guy who checked us in) sent up a bag with water bottles, snacks, maps and google directions to the colleges I had mentioned!! How fabulous and guest oriented. Our stay was wonderful and I would not hesitate to stay here again. We had a large corner room on the top floor......Exceptional. We travel a lot and like staying in top notch places. This place is worth a visit.
“Fabulous hotel with best concierge”
The W has a good restaurant, lovely lobby but what impressed me the most was the concierge service.
“Great place, can't wait to return!”
Fantastic hotel located in a great part of the city. Brought my wife here for a fantastic weekend getaway. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. We walked 5 minutes to see Blue Man Group, had dinner at Troquet (a fantastic place around the corner) and hung out in the lounge enjoying wonderful cocktails and chatting it up with others. Couldn't have had a better time there. Yes, it's a modern and hip kinda place, feels like South Beach in Boston, but if that's what you like or want to try then this is your place! Two thumbs way up!
“Wicked Nice W”
The hotel is very contemporary- very nice atmosphere with lots of cool decorating touches that go above and beyond. The room is great with lots of extras that make life easier such as chargers for any kind of cell phone you would have (it's always one of the items I forget...) The mini bar items were really cool and different too. The only issue for people would be if you are travelling with someone other than your spouse/significant other....the bathroom/shower area does not offer much as far as privacy as you can see right in through the screen that separates the bedroom and bathroom. I travelled with my mother and daughter and so this was a little awkward....
