Good stay.

Cons: Check-in at the time they stated.
Location: Boston Common, Harpoon Brewery, Fenway Park
I felt the room was somewhat overpriced and we had issues checking in but the staff provided free drinks while we waited and free parking as compensation. Overall it was a good visit.

There was not enough drawers or easy access to unpack. No dresser and floor plan was odd. Could be that we were in a corner room. Every single employee that worked at this hotel was outstanding and always did above and beyond. So polite, so friendly and all of them always smiling and so willing to help in any way.

Great location, great staff ! We stayed for 2 nights on our way to Cape Cod. Every W hotel employee we dealt with was top notch, Operations Manager - Jeff and Welcome Ambassador - Dante were exceptional !!! Thank you, W 🎈💥😀

Well positioned, but staff so so!!!

Had a bad experience twice with the keys. Went out of the room in the bath robe to bring ice cubes, the keys couldn't open back the room. I asked a guest to inform the reception on his way out. It took them 20m to come up. I asked for explanations. The 1st reaction was sorry that's all. When I asked again for a reason, the guy answered back, "Do you want us to offer you something?!", In a abrupt way! I had the same issue with the keys after I went to the SPA. Could not use the keys at the elevator. I receive an excuse letter the next day. Big deal!!!

Great stay for my 1st time in Boston. I love the W's and this one ranked up there in the top. The staff and the timeliness of room service and any needs were met quickly! The mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall it was a great stay!

Trendy, fun hotel.

Nice hotel in a convenient part of town. A little noisy on Saturday nights. Active club in the basement of the hotel. Some cleanliness issues particularly in the halls with trays and dirty glasses in the hallways. Reservation request for adjacent rooms made a month in advance not able to be accommodated. Rooms not ready at 5 pm. Staff very capable and friendly.

Fabulous Hotel

Pros: Great facilities--rooms, bathrooms. One of my favorite places to stay.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: In the heart of the theater district, but a bit of a walk to Newbury Street. Close proximity to the Boston Common.
Great hotel, friendly staff, excellent rooms and common spaces. Love this hotel.
