It felt like a Holiday Inn, but expensive. Rooms were rather small and a bit outdated in terms of decor. The rooms were a bit small and the hot water didn't seem to work. I thought breakfast was included, but not the case.

Hôtel en coeur de ville

Excellent hôtel bien situé mais très très cher. Je n'ai pas utilisé les services meme le petit déjeuner par crainte de l arnaque. Sinon ni critique ni regret.

Great location for walking the city

Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location: Walked to Boston Commons and the entire Freedom Trail from the hotel. In the evening walked to the original Cheers. Felt safe walking back.
Arrived around noon, able to get early check in. Valet parking was available and less expensive than self parking. Did not use the car at all during our stay.

OK hotel in city center

Posted May 10, 2015
Pros: The staff was very nice.
Cons: I'd change out the bathroom doors and maybe put a nightlight in the bathroom.
Location: We walked the Freedom Trail and were able to do that from the hotel. We valet parked the car and just walked around in the city, sightseeing.
We stayed one night. It was one of the few hotels with availability in the city that day and it was expensive. The staff was very friendly. We were happy with the room except for the bathroom. The door into the bathroom was frosted glass. If you use the bathroom during the night, the light floods out into the rest of the room. There isn't a nightlight in it. The shower also has clear glass doors so that in many cases only one person could be in there at a time. We did not eat there since it was rather expensive. It does offer a buffet breakfast, either hot or cold.

Loudest hotel in Boston

The hotel and staff were great. The hotel is located near the hospital. All night we heard sirens. The walls allowed us to hear people in the next room and in the hallway. We didn't sleep a wink.

A quick getaway

While the staff was pleasant they didn't make us feel welcomed. The next morning when inquiring about a good place for breakfast, we were told" I don't know. " That was it!

Pros: It's comfortable and moderately priced.
The Wyndham is in a terrific location for easy walking the Freedom Traile and many sights. Hotel dining room is comfortable and pleasant with menu that's not fussy and very pleasing. Hotel staff are very accommodating.
