Pros: restaurant staff
Cons: Have a number to call valet to get car with out walking down.
Location: Near hospital
I was a little disappointed with hotel and surrounding. I was expecting a more upscale place. The restaurant staff was very nice.

Great location. Close to mass transit.

Pros: The convenient location.
Cons: The room cost was expensive along with the parking. I feel that a lower rate for parking should be given based on the expense of the room.
Location: Fenway Park was within walking distance. Mass transit was right down the street. The local restaurants were very nice and the neighborhood was nice.
Found the location very convenient. Parking fees were really expensive--felt that they could be cut in half due to the fact that you're paying so much per night at the hotel.

disappointing considering the location

hotel staff very nice. check in was easy. room was clean. what was very disappointing was the following: 1. the Wi-Fi was horrible. it took forever to download anything. the staff told me that it should be better and that the hotel was aware of the issues but never did anything about it. 2. the TV - half the stations were either fuzzy or the signal kept going in and out. I had a technician come up to the room to try to fix it. he told me that the TV needed to be replaced and that he would have a new one in the room the next day. we were out for most of the day and into the evening - when we came back the TV was never replaced. 3. not the hotels fault, but at about 6:00AM construction/cleaning of the lot behind the hotel (where our room was facing) started. very noisy, and disrupting. not sure why this had to start so early. we paid a good amount of money to stay here - I would never stay in this hotel again, and not sure if I would stay at a Wyndham again if I have a choice to stay at another hotel.

Hotel great location for walking to anything.

Pros: The staff was exceptional. Very welcoming and always friendly.
Cons: Small rooms, didn't notice a coffee bar area or small refrigerator.
Location: I wouldn't drive in Boston, everyone walks. Great location for visitors seeking to experience to culture of Boston.
Loved the room, clean but next time could check into a bigger room. For Boston, the rate was great. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, warm and welcoming. I had a conference to attend and the hotel I was to stay out was sold out of rooms, good thing because I wouldn't have found Wyndham. Also when I attended the conference, the hotel the conference was located in was so 'cold', meaning not welcoming at all. Too professional ......Had a great experience at Wyndham. Will stay again.

Pros: Clean and pleasant staff members.
Cons: Would have been better if it were closer to the center of town.
Location: Not much to do in the immediate area, but the center of town was only a 20 minute walk away.
The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The waitstaff in the restaurant was also pleasant. We checked out early but left our bags with the bellhop. He was very helpful.

Lovely, convenient hotel.

Pros: Room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the outdoor pool, fitness center, and walking distance to restaurants.
Location: Ate at restaurant "Fin" and another near Faneuil hall. Able to walk to those and enjoyed Au Bon Pain around the corner.
Stayed here as it was close to where our kids lived. Very convenient, walking distance to good restaurants. Nice outdoor pool where I swam and enjoyed being outdoors.

Nice hotel but overpriced

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Price was higher than rooms we've stayed at with the same quality
Location: within walking distance to the harbour, Quincy Market, Cheers, Italian district.
Quiet, clean hotel. Professional staff who were very helpful.
