“excellent hotel in a bad area”

front desk staff needs training on landmarks and tourist spots in the area. shuttle vans need to be cleaned and maintained.

“Very nice hotel for the price”

This hotel was a nice option if you don't want to pay the prices of staying in downtown Boston. A free shuttle would take us to the train line daily and pick us up when we were done sightseeing in Boston. It was very convenient - though I would recommend to the hotel that they take names when a call is made to be picked up at the station to go back to the hotel. Once when I had made the call, we didn't get the shuttle that came as a group came out of the station after us and claimed the shuttle even though we were there first. There was no way for the shuttle driver to know that and so we had to call again and request another shuttle which caused a much longer wait. I did suggest the taking of names to the hotel.

“Great Hotel for the price”

Great hotel and price combination about 3-4 miles from the downtown Boston. Free parking if you drive, and excellent free shuttle bus every 1/2 hour to airport and train station. Other amenities includes computer and printer access on the main floor. Linens and towels are soft and high quality. It will be icing on the cake if this hotel provides complimentary breakfast.

“Very nice hotel”

My husband and I were very pleased with the Boston Chelsea Wyndham hotel. We are experienced senior travelers and are very reluctant to drive in large cities. This hotel is located near the "T" station at Logan Airport and the hotel provides a van service to and from the station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us directions and suggestions as to where to go. We were very pleased with everything about the hotel - the surrounding neighborhood is not particularly atrractive but that is to be expected sometimes in large cities. Overall it was great!!!

“A great place for a park and fly at Logan”

We arrived and went to our room only to smell a strong odor of cigarettes. I went to the lobby to explain what happened and they immediately gave us another room. The pool was very nice. The rooms very comfortable. The restaurant next door was excellent also. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we are in need of a hotel in Boston!

“Good airport hotel”

We stayed one night at the start of a trip making use of the park and fly package. The service was excellent. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent-less than five minutes wait at both ends

“Excellent Service”

As stated before the staff were great and they made you feel at home. The room was beautiful and elegant. The neighborhood surround the hotel was far from the elegance however My girlfriend and I weren't there to visit Chelsea, we were there for Boston and the shuttle to the train was very convenient and catered to our timing.

“Surprisingly Impressed”

This was a pleasant find. It was slightly out of the way, but the shuttle service was perfect. They were timely and courteous. The room was better than i had expected.

Everything about the hotel was awesome. The people were just out of there way nice to us. Trying to help us find our way around the town and get us were we wanted to be. They were friendly and outgoing. Awesome place to stay.

“Extremely pleased”

We needed a hotel near the Boston airport for the night before a very early departure and were please to find this Wyndam hotel with free airport shuttle at an affordable nightly rate. Decor was very nice, rooms very comfortable, great linens. There is a restaurant and lounge next to the hotel and one in the hotel as well. We would definitely stay here again. It's not far from the USS Constitution but the taxi fare was $25 each way.
