OK hotel close to airport.

Very friendlly and helpful staff. Very convenient to airport which is why we stayed there because we had early flight and wanted to park at Pre-flight. Rooms were clean but dated and worn. Not much in terms of frills and food at restaurant was OK. Free parking is always good in and around Boston. For what it is, would stay there again.

Served the purpose: place to stay between flights

Pros: Shuttle, good mattress
Cons: earlier access to breakfast, for people departing on early flights better room lighting
Location: Nothing of interest in the immediate neighborhood, compensated by free shuttle service to airport and public transportation
Free airport shuttle and wifi were the prerequisites. We hoped for, and got, a good, firm mattress and clean spacious room. The neighborhood doesn't have much to offer but the hotel shuttle was always available to haul people between the hotel and the airport . . . including the T station, which affords easy access to central Boston. In short: not a place to vacation, but for a night or two in transit it provides what you need.

Pros: The evening front desk person Lisa, was very helpful and apologetic.
First night and next morning there was pot smoke and cigarette smoke coming through vents in the bathroom. I was not offered a change of room by morning front desk person or any other help. The evening desk person was very helpful. The walls are very thin as I could hear a person on their phone as if they were in my room. It was extremely noisy every morning! I stayed 3 nights. I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable also. I was shocked as this was a Wyndam hotel!!!!!!!

Easy to get to

This hotel was easy to get to from the I95 it connects to the US1 and easily accessed from there. They shuttle to the airport subway for free.

Pros: The hotel was in a good location, and the shuttle was very accommodating.
Cons: The shuttle leaves roughly every 30 minutes, however on the day that I needed to be somewhere on time. it left early and the next one came late.
Location: The location was decent, there was construction near by. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a few eating places.
I recently stayed in the Wyndham for my the Experimental Biology conference. The staff was very friendly and the airport shuttle was very convenient. There is a shopping center right down the street from the hotel, and a restaurant and gas station within walking distance.

Average hotel but not too expensive

I was at the Boston airport, and I called the hotel for shuttle to the hotel. They put me on hold forever, and forgot about me. I called again, and the finally send someone to pick me up. The ride to the hotel was about 10 minutes and the road condition was horrible. It was extremely bumpy. When I got to the hotel, they couldn't find my reservation even I showed them a hotel confirmation. The room I got was so dark, the lights are not put at the right position to light up the room, and the room smell like coffee. It was an disappointing experience.
