Hotel with airport shuttle

Pros: very quiet, clean, staff helpful, had shuttle to airport
Cons: shuttle to major events in Boston
Location: did not check
We had no issues with the hotel. It wasn't near Quincy Market or T D Garden but the staff was very helpful in giving us subway information from the airport to both locations.

Pros: Free Shuttle to the airport. Free parking. Breakfast was good in the restaurant.
Location: We visited Cheers, the Freedom Trail, Faneuil Hall, Boston Tea Party Site, Fenway Park.
Great experience. Accommodations were good. Loved the free shuttle to the airport, which had access to the subway. We used the subway to explore the city and see all the sites. This was our first time visiting Boston and we were unsure of which area would be the best location to stay. We parked our car (for free) at the hotel, took the shuttle to the airport and jumped on the subway.

Cons: Carpet in the rooms needs to be replaced !!
Hotel Room was clean. However it is in need of updating. The carpet needs replacing also.

Pros: I like everything about this hotel except the food.
Cons: The food items should be fresh- even if there are only a few items. Frozen fish, soggy vegetables, tired meat with strange seasoning flavors.
Location: Didn't leave the hotel.
I was waiting out a storm for a day to catch a cross country flight. This was a perfect sanctuary.

OK but inconveniently located for the carless

Pros: Willingness to send van out to T stop at Airport on request.
Cons: Free Wifi. Didn't work.
Location: Location is desolate and there isn't anything interesting to do or see in Chelsea. Stayed there purely because of Expedia bargain rate.
The "free wifi" was useless; to get any kind of signal I had to pay $10/day, and even then it was iffy. The location is baroque when it comes to getting into Boston by public transportation: possible, but byzantine and lengthy. Not a convenient location for seeing Boston, but handy to the airport. With a car it might be different if your business is on the North Shore. While the room was made up daily and well, bottled water was not replenished daily for some mysterious reason.

Good hotel

Pros: Staff, airport close, shuttle.
Cons: Noise by loud guests at night.. staff needs to be aware.
Location: Location in construction area right now, great restaurant next door, dunkin donuts across street, close to downtown Boston.
Close to airport, good shuttle service, friendly staff. Request room away from elevators, noisy at night. Ask for room on other side away from construction in the area.. bar/lounge expensive but convenient. Hopefully the construction in the area will not hurt them too much. Nice room good housekeeping.

No places to eat in the area. Breakfast should start at 6 am not 6:30. No free coffee in the lobby. Rooms smell and old
