Who took these pictures?

If you don't mind being located next to an abandoned field, train tracks and across the street from a transmission shop, then you may like this. Pot holed streets and many bodegas. No wonder they only show you the entrance as a picture

Okay if you are an early riser!

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Location: In an industrial area. Not close to the airport as advertised.
I have stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years and never has traffic noise disturbed my sleep. The trucks noise started at 6:30 am and woke us all up- even the kids. Maybe it needs better windows? This is too bad because the hotel room was nicely furnished and very clean. The staff was also prompt and attentive.

Overall it was a good experience. I was in Boston for a trade show at the convention center, so I was only at the hotel around that schedule.

A Bit Disappointed

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Rooms were comfortable and clean
Cons: Nicer shuttle driver, more smiles from front desk( they not happy to be there?) and cleaner pool area.
Location: Was okay, but for some reason thought was closer to airport than it was?
The shuttle guy on Saturday afternoon(I think name was Nick?) was very rude on phone and in person). Hot Tub not working, pool area dirty. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

great to be so close to the AIRPORT, AND that they have a shuttle to-and-from it.

Good hotel for a discount

Posted Jul 13, 2014
I would never pay full price for this hotel based on its location but the facilities were clean and inclusive. The pool was not very refreshing as the hour tub was not working. Everyone was very friendly though.

Great for the airport with free shuttle & parking

Posted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Free Parking, Pool, Hotel Shuttle
Cons: If the hot tub isn't working put up a sign. Get room clocks that can be fixed.
Location: Not much in the area.
We chose the Wyndham Boston/Chelsea mainly because it had free parking, a pool and was a resonable price for the Boston area. All of those things were great. Just about everything else was dissapointing. The room was the least updated of any of the hotel rooms we stayed on during our two week trip. The beds were very soft and a I found them difficult to sleep on. Other things were not working like the hot tub, room clock and in room email access with only a vague explanation from the staff Overall it did the job, but we were hoping for a bit more.

Decent hotel in an improving neighborhood

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Comfy, clean beds, neat room.
Cons: Shuttle service
Location: There is a strip mall nearby with a supermarket; TjMaxx, Donuts, Burgers. The neighborhood is sketchy in some patches, but we never felt unsafe
We had a good experience overall. The room is everything we expected and hoped for, for the price. The pool was PERFECT temperature, if not too warm. It was great! There's free coffee in the restaurant/grill that's part of the building. The free shuttle saves a lot of money and can be hit-or-miss. The shortest wait we had was 10 minutes, the longest was nearly an hour. Don't expect the drivers to be nice or courteous beyond the minimum required; some of them become friendly if you engage them, but others are just kinda rude and apathetic.
