Very nice for a quick stay.

Cons: Very early in the morning the alarm clock (radio) turned on. Perhaps employees could check to make sure they have been turned off.
We stayed for one night only to attend a surprise party. We did not spend much time in the facility, but it was very nice to have a comfortable room to return to for the night.

Ok hotel, but just that.

It is an ok hotel. I am reviewing taking the price point (~$100/night) and location into account. Comes across as a little run down (flaky paint here and there; burned out light bulbs). Rooms are on the small side, but clean and equipped with nice TV's, microoven's and a fridge. Breakfast is good (included hot items, waffles, cereal, fruit, bread etc). The indoor pool and spa came were functional but also came across as a little run down and/or cheap (e.g., no submerged lights in the pools/spa; uninviting yellowish light in the room). Seems like a very safe location, right next to a plethora of shops, restaurants and take out places. There is nothing detrimental about this hotel. However, it seems a little overpriced considering its current state. ($80-85 is a more reasonable range).

Disappointing

Pros: Breakfast was very good. Check in staff was great.
Cons: Condition of room, electronics of the room
Location: Lots of good places to eat nearby.
Could be a decent hotel if it was renovated a bit. The staff when we checked in was great. She was super polite, friendly, and efficient. But like everything else in our room, the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work and when we called down to the front desk clerk I went to get a replacement hair dryer that was also broken after she had said she would come deliver it to our room but forgot. I think there are better places for the price out there.

Family friendly at good location

Pros: The location is good close to the downtown and shopping malls. Very friendly staffs.
Cons: Can't think of it.

My family stayed at the hotel and we had great experience. Great service and very friendly staffs. We request a crib while check-in and the staff already bring in before we get into a room! The breakfast was good, room temperature and water temperature was good. Free banana and free cookies. Just awesome!

Avoid room 106

There were several other reviews that talked about the crowded breakfast room. I took the reviews as exaggeration, but they were not. I stay for three nights and each morning I had a difficult time finding a place to sit. People even spilled out into the lobby for lack of seating. My biggest complaint, however, is receiving a room next to the housekeeping laundry room. several time throughout the day and nighttime hours I heard the washer wind up and down. On one occasion someone in that room played very loud music, I believe they were told to turn if off cause it only lasted a few minutes. Point being room 106 is a no go.

Location: Breakfast experience: the room has just six tables for four people each with the overflow crowd either returning to their rooms or eating in the lobby
Have stayed here on numerous occasions because of its location and because it's comfortable.

Excellent Comfort Inn

I love the Comfort Inn, especially this one in Bothell which is both new and nice. The Comfort Inn has the most comfortable mattresses and pillows anywhere! In fact, when I stayed at the Comfort in in north Seattle, I actually purchased one of the bed pillows. Like Starbucks, the Comfort Inn respects its customers. It provides all the amenities it possibly can within a certain price range. So, thank you very much.
