“Comfortable, clean and convenient”

The hotel is well set up for travellers' needs although even the incredibly early breakfast wasn't early enough for our flight. Reception was open all night so no worries about the early checkout. Restaurant was fine - recommend the icecream - altho' for some reason despite asking 4 times, we never got a jug of water. There was a kettle in the room (unusual for France!) but not a lot of milk. You can walk across from the airport but we never found the proper path. They looked so shocked when we said we'd walk back that we agreed to go in their courtesy car.

“Relaxing, classy atmosphere at the airport's entrance!”

I never imagined a Best Western situated right at the entrance to a major airport could be so relaxing and lovely. Due to its location, its facilities are open 24/7, yet it is quiet and restful. The pool area was a wonderful surprise - -very lovely and next to a good cafe where lunch in particular is a nice meal. The staff is very personable and helpful and service is terrific. The rooms are nice - -adequate in size and many overlooking the pool and away from the airport complex. They are air-conditioned, although the a/c didn't seem to function that well during the night - -but it was cool outside and so we were fine. We will definitely return each time we leave FRance on an early morning flight - - -and the airport provides a free continuously-running shuttle to the airport.

convenient to hotel , although Marseille town and train station is about 30 mins by bus away. There is a shuttle from the airport terminal and restaurant is pretty good, although smokey as there isnt a non-smoking area.

I stayed at the Best Western the evening of my arrival to Marseille and and the night before my departure during a trip through the Provence region. The proximity to the airport can't be beat, and the hotel provides enough amenities that help you to relax and rejunvinate after or before you flights, including a lovely outdoor pool, restaurant and bar. The staff is friendly and helpful, which is particularly appreciated when traveling alone as I was. The quick response of the shuttle to and from the airport was terrific. I would recommend it without hesitation.

The room and hotel were fine, location brilliant for flying away early next morning. Appreciated the shuttle service for getting to airport to catch bus to Marseille and back to hotel after returning from Marseille.. Only disappointment was lack of tea/coffee making facilities as our departure time was too early for breakfast in the hotel.

Shuttle back and forth from airport to hotel was excellent and convenience. Staff is very nice and helpful. This should be rated as a 4-star hotel.

“Best location for the Marseilles airport”

Because so many flights to the states to or from Provence come into Marseilles late at night or leave very early in the morning, this is a great hotel to stay in to either start or conclude your trip. It's practically on the airport grounds so it's about 5 min trip. The shuttle is very reliable, the rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant pretty good. The staff is ver accommodating. My only nitpick was that the beds have comforters, not sheets which can be hot when the weather in Provence is very hot -- that means most of May through September.
