Nice place close to Rockies

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Super, helpful staff and great breakfast.
Cons: Mattresses
Location: Close to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful mountains
Nice, clean, and relaxing place to stay with plenty of space in room for 3 adults traveling together. We got to go up into the Rockies and visit Estes Park. A great place to visit with a scenic drive.

Room was nice but one of the two queen beds had sleep number gizmo that did not work. Gave a plastic sheet feel. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was in a difficult to access pigeon hole the toilet compartment doorknob slammed into. I thought it might break. Way, way overpriced, as all hotel/motels are in Denver area this season.

Nice location in Longmont!

Posted Jul 24, 2014
Went down for a trip for the 4th and to do some brewery tours. The hotel is in a great location with a Old Chicago next door. They did not have a pet fee and I had no trouble checking in with my dog. The staff was great and helpful. Breakfast is great. I took my bike and rode to all the local places I wanted to visit.

Travel for Work

Pros: The hotel, rooms, etc were clean and comfortable. The sleep number beds were excellent. The pool was great. The breakfast in the morning was good.
Cons: When I checked in, they authorized my credit card for the six nights plus $100, then they authorized it for an additional $650. Why do they do this?
Overall, the hotel is great. The people that you interface with at the desk, breakfast, etc were very pleasant.

Convenient location close to downtown

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: spacious rooms and convenient location.
Cons: Only the executive section had magifying mirrors in the bathroom. The mirror in our room was totally distorted and not usable for applying makeup etc.
Our stay was less then stellar. On our second night we were unable to access our room at 11:15pm after a day out. All three keys issued to us were not working. The hotel staff was unable to get in with their master keys. The desk attendant tried for about 30 minutes to open the door with a wire. She finally called one of the regular maintenance people (who had to come from home) to come and "break in" with the wire. At 12:30am we were finally able to go to bed after sitting in the hall outside of our room. Maintenance supposedly reprogrammed the lock in the am after we left the room for the day. One in our party decided to go back in the afternoon to make sure we were getting working keys we could try out prior to getting back at midnight. Those keys didn't work either. We were given another room and the person in our party had to pack everyone's belongings and move to the new room. This interrupted her entire afternoon. We were given some drink tickets to compensate us for our troubles. This seemed not nearly adequate compensation. We were hoping to get one night comped. We stayed a total of three nights. We would most likely find a different hotel the next time in Longmont, CO.
