Cons: I didn't understand that the pool was outside and therefore season limited
Location: Not much within walking distance
Staff were courteous and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The hot water in the shower was adequate.

Bathroom not that clean-dirty towels that I could see. Can't imagine what I couldn't see in the bedroom...

SOBO means South Boulder

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Location: Easy to get around, the Campus of U of Denver Boulder is very close, and the mountains are right there.
This hotel is close to whatever you could want in Colorado's beautiful Boulder area. The SOBO cafe gives buy one and get one free breakfasts, and they are pretty spectacular...especially the Colorado Omelette and wonderful fried potatoes.

Fine for the price...

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: The beds & the price were great; and so was the cafe'.
Cons: Needs some TLC, but then the price may have to go up...
Location: GREAT hiking trails/view within (5) minutes of there; just west to the top of Table Mesa / So. Boulder Drive. Pearl Street Mall was fun & unique.
A fine place to stay if all you need is a bed for the night; and yes, they were comfortable. Our tub was slow to drain... and if I didn't know some basic plumbing, the toilet would start running every (5) minutes or so (stopper would occasionally not land "square" on the drain). All it needs is a little TLC and some updates, but then, so does my house....There is a small cafe' for breakfast and we found it to be delightful. The low price of the room more than made up for having to pay a little $$$ for a nice, hot, sit-down-and-be-waited-on breakfast.

Filled with creepy drug addicts. Filthy and bad vibes I couldn't wait to leave in the morning.

Updated hotel in quiet neighborhood

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Quiet and clean
Location: Not close to Pearl St. or anything big but it was nice to be someplace a little quieter and it doesn't take too long to get to anything
This wasn't anything fancy but it was clean, the staff was great and it was quiet! Our bed was really comfortable, too.

Quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed the hotel. They have a nice little cafe in the building which made it very convenient for breakfast! Fast and friendly service and reasonably priced. We very much enjoyed Tom at the front desk. He was friendly, helpful and made us laugh.
