Tranquil Experience

Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: Location, quiet, calm and beautiful
Cons: I can't think of a thing.
Location: I hiked every day. Loved the Chautauqua park and hiking trails. Perl Street mall. Restaurants
The Briar Rose is located directly across the street from Naropa University and the calming effect carries directly to the Briar Rose. All the folks from the Briar Rose were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely serene. Briar Rose is located within an easy walk to Perl Street and other downtown activities. Meditation is available daily. I enjoyed an evening beverage in the garden which was also lovely. I found the B&B to be quiet and other guest respectful. The breakfasts were excellent.

What a delightfully perfect place to stay! I can hardly wait to return. Beautiful inn & grounds, awesome food, outstanding staff, close to everything & reasonably priced.

Wonderful place!!

Loved this bed and breakfast. It was in a good location and there was parking. The room (we stayed in the Shavano) was delightful and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we had a very nice tea with dozens of teas to choose from. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Quite Bed and Breakfast with beautiful courtyard

Posted May 16, 2015
Pros: The staff were very helpful.
Location: Nearby you have access to most of what Boulder has to offer. Coffee and Tea are provided, but a quick trip to the mountains baseline is always sure.
The Briar Rose B and B is a wonderful retreat. With attentive and nice staff, free breakfast, and parking options you can't go wrong.

Lovely and friendly staff. Family, type atmosphere, which is what makes a B&B my preference.

What a wonderful gem!

Wonderful hospitality and accommodations. Our flight was very late in arriving and the staff/owners were very helpful in making sure that we could get in (at 1:30 am). There were even homemade shortbread cookies for us to snack on. The room was spotless, charming and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - all fresh and made to order. The yogurt, fresh raspberry compote and homemade granola were the best I've ever tasted. The staff put together a beautiful tray of food, tea, fresh orange juice for us so that we could eat in our room (we were exhausted after our travels). I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Boulder!
