Clean and comfortable. Rooms on first floor have sliding patio doors with acces to your car. Great for skiers.

Exactly what you would hope for. Clean room, reasonable amenities, efficent check in and out. Didn't stay for breakfast. For the price, perfectly satisfied.

“Reasonably priced”

Great for the price. About 2-3 miles from Pearl St mall and need a car since there is no restaurants within walking distance. Parking is free at the Pearl St mall on Saturdays and Sundays. Hotel room was very good and spacious. could fit 4 people comfortably. Very clean. Front desk people the most helpful I have encountered - they knew the city well and have good suggestions about what to do.

“Beautiful hotel in beautiful Boulder”

Though our room didn't have a view of the moutains, the hotel had splendid views from the parking lot alone! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and clean. The bed was comfortable with a down comforter and there were even chocolates on our pillow! The Courtyard by Marriott in Boulder impressed us so much we ended up getting a room in the same hotel chain in Denver a few nights later. I'd highly recommend this hotel!

“Look no further!!!!”

This hotel was fantastic! I have not one compaint and that's rare, lol. The staff is great, hotel looked brand new, CLEAN & updated throughout. Beds are comfy too. I suggest adding the breakfast pkg to your stay. The breakfast is GREAT and proved to be a great savings. You get any food item & any drink item per person. The food was fresh, tasty, and many options including healthy ones. Everything you need is within 2-5 minutes from the hotel (shopping, any kind of food imaginable, Target, movies). Plus, certrally located for all your sightseeing needs. Read no further and book now you will not be disappointed!

Our 3-night stay was very comfortable; nicely landscaped facilities with indoor pool, good exercise room, above average informal breakfast buffet in lobby, free internet access. Housekeeping was excellent and no noise problems, even with the sliding door open to the balcony for fresh air at night. A 4- or 5- minute drive to shops and restaurants of Boulder. Would definitely stay here again.

“Close to Everything”

This hotel is located close to Pearl Street, But also located in a quiet setting at night. There is a nice breakfast offered in the mornings, and there is complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby all day.
