Pros: the size of the room
Cons: The maintenance of the whole hotel the room cleaning service
Location: Conveniente conection to go anywhere
A run down hotel, that has over 300 rooms, so at this time some floors are closed. The front desk people were very nice, but the service people did a poor job claening our room

Lovely Boulder welcome

We were delighted with the friendliness of the staff and the very comfortable bed. However the hotel needs to learn how to make a proper cup of English tea.

Hotel was very awkward to get into west bound.

Posted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Location: Location of hotel, needs bigger sign. Or else, have bushes cut down.
Our room turned out to be on the third floor, the farthest from the front door. Sister, who is disabled, had to walk the entire way, staff could not get us a closer room. Hmmmm! I think they could have.

Short walk to CU campus...but not worth it

Posted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: Sunday breakfast at the hotel was better than average.
Cons: What couldn't or shouldn't be improved? Also, how about a lighted sign that allows you to see the hotel from the road at night?
Location: Close walk (~ 4 blocks) to CU's Folsom field.
Simply said..;.the hotel is in great need of updating. The rooms, the lobby, the hallways, the outdoor patio areas and signage. The smallest bathrooms that you have ever seen. The beds and pillows are also in great need of updating. Short walk to the CU campus and Folsom field to catch a game, but not worth it. Next time we visit Boulder, we will not stay at the Harvest House.

Tired, undermaintained hotel

Posted Oct 22, 2014
When I checked in, i was on the fourth floor in the farthest wing where the elevator was not working. My room had been used. I was then "upgraded" to a smaller room and smaller bed, that, despite "having just been renovated", had a broken security latch on the door (meaning, I couldn't lock it).

Old place

Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Bed was comfortable and sheets seemed nice enough. Towels were alright!
This was a awesome hotel 20 years ago. They have renovated but the old smells and mold are still there. No WIFI in the rooms and no coffee in the Lobby in the morning. There was a coffee machine in the room but it was filthy and we did not choose to use it. We would never stay there again.

Close to CU Boulder

Posted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Don't charge for wi fi internet. Have advertised happy hour actually available at the time and place indicated. Faster elevators. More hot water
Only the location is a reason to recommend this hotel.

Easy access to town

Posted Oct 14, 2014
I personaly changed the bed sheets as there were what looked like animal hair on the sheets when I peeled them back. I requested towles as there was only one towel in the bathroom.... but never received the towels. I would not recommend or stay there again. However, my experiance with Expedia was plesant and user friendly.

Ok hotel close to CU.

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Staff was friendly. Room was clean and ok but looked old and dark. One lamp did not work. The phone did not work. The heating/cooling system was so noisy and inefficient that I just turned it off and just controlled the temp by opening and closing the windows. It is very convenient to the campus of CU and my room was reasonably priced.

Rooms are clean, nice and updated. All other facilities need attention. Screens in sliding door would have been nice as weather was wonderful. Overall facilities need an upgrade.
