At 3pm check-in time there was one person working with a long line of guests - no backup. Saturday morning at 6am my shower did not have warm running water. Main elevator was broken. Thin walls and doors. Staff was friendly and room was updated and clean. Overall way too much for what your got.

It was convenient being right next to CU Boulder.

Pros: The garden outside and being right next to the bike trail and river.
Cons: The restaurant had a very limited selection and was a little pricey.
Location: Great location. Right next to the school ,bike trail, and river.
We were suppossed to have two queen beds, but we were given a King bed and a cot. Our son stayed with us for three days until he moved onto Cu boulder campus. He is 6'3" so he was crammed in the cot,but it worked out. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Accomadations were average. We liked being right next to the bike trail and being so close to the campus.

This was a nice hotel, not too far from downtown Boulder. The faucets in the tub were a little loose and overall the rooms could use updating.

The only reason to stay here is the location.

The only reason to stay here is the location. The rooms and bath are clean enough, but the rest is dirty, damaged and in serious need of upgrading.

Should be better in Boulder!

Pros: The front desk guy, Scott.
Cons: Needs a complete "make-over"!
Location: GREAT location...disappointing hotel!
Although confirmed to have two double beds, we arrived to the bed news of a sold out hotel and one bed for four of us. No roll-aways available. Although a very nice front desk apologized profusely, it didn't change the fact that there is an absolute disconnect between Expedia and this hotel. Dirty rooms with a bathroom door so warped that didn't close. Sad, because the location is tremendous.

Okay hotel.

We stated at the Millenium House for one night and overall our stay was fine. The hotel itself could use renovations in terms of appearance, but the room itself was clean and was fine for one night stay. We did ask for transportation to Pearl street which was $10 (one way), which ended up being more expensive then just taking a taxi. Overall, I would recommend staying more downtown if possible, but The Millenium was fine for one night.

Not what it appeared on Website

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was great.
Cons: Remodel the entire building.
Location: Boulder is a great town but bigger than I expected with a full-on shopping mall - Macy's etc. I was hoping for a place without any corporate chains.
We were very disappointed with the facilities and the staff. The photos on the website do not match the reality of the hotel's appearance.

Large room, great location, but two star room

The carpet, ceiling and bathroom are very out dated. Eighties decor and not very clean. The beds were quite comfortable and clean (compared to room).

Would not recommend!

Pros: Good location
Cons: Clean rooms, clean pool and fix the broken things....elevator...ice machine...etc
Stayed at the Millennium this weekend for a college visit. Glad we didn't have to spend much time here! Rooms were very outdated and dirty....beds very uncomfortable and flat pillows. Had booked room for 4 people but only received 2 towels...when called for 2 more towels was told it would be 20 min...waited an hour called again.. and had to use hand towels! Would stay elsewhere!
