We visited for a wedding in town and were pleased with our stay. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The staff was amazing!

We had two fire drills while at the hotel. One was at 2am due to a faulty wire and the second was at 9:00am two days later. Not sure why the second one happened but going down 11 flights of stairs was crazy. They need to update this hotel. It is really the nicest in the area overall. Offers many amenities and the staff is great! Need to get better coffee. Both times I ordered coffee it was sub-par. Had to run to Starbucks and Dunkin'.

We came down specifically to let the kids play in the pool and hot tub as we have done in the past. The hot tub was broken and the heated pool was too cold for the kids to play in. There was no indication on the website when I booked the reservation otherwise we would have stayed somewhere else.

Very nice property and interior design. Staff was wonderful - so friendly and attentive. Had the pan seared salmon in the Tap Room - perfectly cooked with beautiful presentation. Breakfast was delicious as well. Outdoor pool and hot tub were a treat to swim in in December. Fire pits were a nice addition. I didn’t use the fitness center but it looked great. Only small drawback were the sheets were a little rough - could have been a softer linen but first world problem. Bed was otherwise very comfortable Highly recommend.

Christmas Wonderland.
The Omni Interlocken Hotel outdid themselves. I cannot express enough how absolutely excited I am to share this review. The staff was exceptional. They are beyond friendly, extremely professional and honestly fantastic people. For example, I asked about a late check out, and without a second thought I received a complementary late check out. I highly recommend the OMNI as a staycation during the Christmas holiday. As if the golden ticket hunt and daily hot coco were not enough, when you entered the room, you were provided a plate full of sweets. AND much to my surprise, when I opened my door on Christmas morning, there was a stocking full of goodies. I was so touched. I've stayed at many hotels during Christmas, and never have I had such a joyous and thoughtful experience. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Older hotel but worth the stay.
Hotel stay was great overall. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit older but the public areas well-kept. Our room was comfortable (we recommend the rhe mountain view) and had your basic amenities. The only downside is that you could see the age of the hotel, at least in our room. The finishes were a bit worn, the towel rack was barely attached to the wall, two vanity light bulbs went out, the shower drain was super slow, and our sheets had holes. Other than that, it was worth the stay. It's a good location for food and shopping too. We went in the winter so not much to do outside but the pool and golf course looked appealing in the snow.

I enjoyed my stay at Omni. It has everything inside the hotel for convenience. It is located near a shopping mall. Ample parking. The hotel room was average - nothing extraordinary. When we first arrived, we noticed that our bathroom sink was clogged but we called front desk and they sent someone immediatley to fix it. Overall a good hotel.

The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. excellent service. The room was clean. I wish I would have known the pool was heated to where it was warm enough to swim as I found that out when we were leaving. The room itself was a bit dated but comfortable.
