Omni Hotel and Conference Center Broomfield CO

Posted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: Two great swimming pools along with 2 gas fireplaces. There was plenty of room to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
Cons: Better coffee makers and supply of coffee in the rooms.
Location: Easy access to and from Denver and Boulder. A host of restaraunts are nearby as well.
We found the hotel and amenities outstanding. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The only down side was the in room coffee maker and supplies were meager. The breakfast menu was pricey however the food was good.

Just OK

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Courteous staff.
Cons: Rooms need updating. General refresh of property.
Location: Downtown Boulder and the pedestrian Pearl St. Mall is a fantastic place to visit and eat.
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are quite dated and had a strange odor of cleaning solvent. Public areas, including pool an work out area were adequate, but not great. Poor food quality in casual restaurant on site.

Quick stay near boulder

Posted Sep 22, 2014
The hotel is fine. It's very big. Had very little interaction with the staff. My room was fine. The comforter and furniture needed updating. The bathroom was ok. An opened pack of q-tips was on the sink. There was no shower cap but seven packages of cotton balls. My door stuck and I had to jam my shoulder to get it open everyday. I complained twice and it was never fixed. The gym is nice but two out of four treadmills weren't working.

CU Family weekend

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing.
Location: Very close to Flat Irons mall and many restaurants. Easy access from the 36.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a couple of minor issues and maid did not leave us coffee two days in a row. Would recommend this hotel.

Had hoped for better

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: pool, hot tub, bar, lobby, location
Cons: beds - first and foremost! Then little broken things like door handle, drapery rod, and someway to vent the bathroom.
Location: great easy access to Boulder
I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. I wanted to love it and find a great place to stay each time we come to visit our son as school. We loved some parts but not others. Our room had several maintenance issues. The door handle was broken making entry difficult. Our drapery rod was broken making opening closing the blinds hard. Our biggest negative was the beds. They were SO uncomfortable. Both queens seemed to sink in the middle. None of us got a good night sleep any of the three nights. Also, no fan in the bathroom which made getting ready with three people very steamy. On the good notes we loved the pool, hot tub, bar, lobby, spa and the nice appointments in the room like the robes. Overall, I am not likely to stay here again, I will keep trying to find something better.

A hotel worth coming to.

Posted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: Great staff, clean, stylish, great gym and beautiful landscaping.
Cons: The "On Tap" bar was subpar.
Location: Great shopping, restaurants, golf and easy access to freeway.
I have stayed in four star hotels all over Denver and I will only stay at the Omni from now on. It was well kept, stylish, extremely friendly and helpful staff, great gym, beautiful landscaping and pristine golf course. The only downside was the "On Tap" bar there was no music, we had to ask to be served, menus were sticky, waitress had to be asked to bring everything from drinks to silverware and the fish and chips were soggy and bland. The other restaurant the Meritage was impeccable, great food and over the top service. It was an amazing experience.

Beautiful Hotel

Posted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, room size and beauty of the building.
Cons: Shower gel in the bathroom. We had soap but I prefer shower gel.
Location: Boulder and Denver have lots of great things to do and wonderful restaurants!
We were in the Denver/Boulder area for just a weekend. Staying at the Omni made it seems that we had been on a nice vacation. The hotel and the grounds are beautiful. The room was very clean and was spacious. This hotel meets and exceeds the quality of Omni hotels!

Nicest thing is the pool!

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: The pools
Cons: Morning coffee in the lobby, maybe a breakfast nosh.
Location: Flatirons Mall is right there and has loads of shopping and a theatre.
Clean place, not great but not bad hotel staff. Pretty average on most points overall. The best part was the beautiful pool- two pools, actually. Easy parking. You can make coffee in your room but there is no coffee setup in the lobby, and the in-room coffee is horrible. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected some small continental breakfast or at least decent coffee- but you are charged for that. It is one of those hotels that seems amazing but they charge you for every little thing, like internet and coffee.
