Loved the Residence Inn:)

Great loc, very clean, perfect for families!! Loved our stay at Residence Inn. Were upgraded to 2 bed, 2 bath at check in and we would absolutely go back:)

Boulder & Louisville Stay

Pros: The location was quiet, yet near restaurants, and a grocery store. The property was very clean and easy to get in and out of. Breakfast is included.
Location: About 10 minutes from Louisville Main St. and 10 to 15 minutes from Boulder's Pearl St. This is a great location if you plan to check the area out.
Perfect for our needs. We wanted to spend time in Louisville, Boulder, and surrounding area. With this location, you're only about 10 to 15 minutes from Pearl St. in Boulder. Easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was great, and having a kitchen and sofa are always a plus. There is an Albertsons across the street, so we were able to stock up on a few snacks for our room. The room was clean and well decorated. Pets are allowed, but if anyone had a pet on the property, you couldn't tell- there was no smell or stains and we couldn't hear any noise. Staff was very pleasant and willing to please. My husband and I will stay here again. Overall a great value.

We too think Louisville is a hidden secret not always discovered by those visiting the area and we are just a hop, skip and a jump from Boulder. Marriott Residence Inn, Louisville, CO

The size and comfort of the 1 Bedroom suite Marriott Residence was exactly what I needed for a week long business trip. The only complaint at all is the Internet speed is too slow

What a bummer!

So it's early evening New Years Eve as my family and I saunter into the hotel tired from a long day of driving. Check in process went smooth enough. I sign the required paperwork, including a pet release form. Here's the rub, hidden in that form somewhere it says that we pay $100 pet deposit. What I didn't realize, was not told, and saw no trace of on Expedia, is that the deposit is non-refundable. So imagine my surprise at checkout. Turns out it doubled our nightly rate. Several conversations with the very unfriendly management later I'm here moaning to the greater Internet. There are three other hotels within a stones throw of this Marriott and I wished we'd spent our night at one of them. If for no other reason, not to start my new year off dealing with surly hotel management. Bummer!

Very nice hotel. Great Location

Pros: The set-up of our suite was great. Made us feel right at home. We had all the comforts of home.
Cons: I don't know if it's all their doors...but our door closer needed adjusting badly. It would almost knock you down and slam loudly when you let go.
Location: Location was just perfect. Centered between Boulder, CO and Denver, CO between the two locations or very close by, you could find anything you desire
Made our reservations on line. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff member that explained everything to us about the hotel and asked if we had and questions about the hotel or the area.
