Staff was very accommodating

We stayed there overnight for a dance competition. We had to leave the hotel at 6am, and the staff went out of ther way to make sure we had breakfast before we left (it usually doesn't start until 7 on the weekends. I was very impressed at how helpful they were.

Odd set up of the room

Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Room design.
Location: Multiple eateries close by. We found a nice pan asian place - Kho's Asian Bistro very close by that was amazing.
We stayed one night for a early morning meeting in Denver. Comfortable room. Odd set up of the room with king size room. Has a large partition in the center of the room that makes the room disjointed.

The heater in the room didn't work!!!

Pros: Then front hotel staff was nice.
Cons: Good Rooms! A manager that cares!
The people at the front desk were very nice and charming, however, the management was more than disappointing. They were unable to give us a comparable room and for some reason they REALLY didn't like it when people booked thru Expedia. Why is that??? We pay just like everyone else. Then because I had already pre-paid, they would not even give us any compensation for our three day miserable stay there. If I had not already paid, we would have left the first night. And the Marriott corporation was of no help! I'm a Marriott rewards member, but because we booked through Expedia, they said they couldn't help us!!! I hope Expedia does something about hotels such as this!

very nice stay

The receptionists are all really nice. As soon as you get out of the elevator, they immediately greet you. Room was really nice and comfy. The bed was so nice and the pillows were really comfy too. Overall good stay and well worth the money.

Right across from Oskar Blues

We went to Oskar Blues for New Year's Eve and the stay was great. For the price I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the building and the room, the comfy bed, and the brilliant service from Morgan. Thanks, and we'll be back!

Thanksgiving Vacation

Pros: Hotel staff, cleanliness, service & breakfast. It was all wonderful.
Cons: Can't think of a darn thing!
Location: We were near Boulder visiting family. There are museums, outdoor shopping, great thrift shops and of course the mountains!
My 25 yr old daughter & I traveled from NJ to CO to spend Thanksgiving with family. The hotel staff, from the time we walked in until we left, was more than accomodating in that they offered services before we even asked for them. They were consistently pleasant & professional. They interacted with us in such a friendly way. Our room was clean (didn't even smell like a hotel room typically smells) and comfortable. My daughter was able to watch TV while I slept & visa versa because of the sitting room area. We truly could not ask for more, and I can be quite picky & cynical at times.
