Really helpful, hospitable staff. exceptionally clean hotel. Supermarkets close and room service available which is a little pricy but excellent quality.
English speaking staff who will go out of their way to help. They arrange reasonably priced taxis from the airport which due to safety issues recommended.

I live in Moscow since 2001.Recently my apartment was under renovation. So I had to stay out for 3days.As you all know,Moscow is one of the costliest city. Then I found Napolean hostel through expedia.I was really shocked to see the room fare.I didn't believe until I checked in.
This place is really worth more than what we pay.You won't regret and you can't expect anything more than this.

My boyfriend and I traveled to Moscow for a weekend getaway and we could not have asked for a better location than this hotel. It is a basic hotel, but with all of the necessary amentities to make your stay enjoyable. Location is key in Moscow as the cold is something incredible in the winter months and having a short walk to all destinations is key. It really is a 5-10 min walk to the red square and all bars, restaurants, shopping and metro stations. I reccommend one hundred percent!

This small establishment was practically ideal for our visit. With a shared kitchen, and five separate private guest rooms, this hotel has the advantages of a hostel/b&b, but the disadvantage of two shared bathrooms. The downtown location is perfect, and having a shared kitchen with plates, silverware, and clean water was great for taking care of our own food.
The proprietors were very courteous, and very helpful to us and our young children.
The decor and furnishings were classy, with lots of trim, chandeliers, and high ceilings, yet some parts were IKEA-provided, like the bed slats in one of our beds, which unfortunately popped out.
