“Far exceeded expectations on comfort and value”

The Hotel B Paris Boulogne is a newly renovated hotel just steps away from the Marcel Sembat subway station. It takes approximately 15 minutes by metro to get to the Eiffel Tower and 45 minutes to get to Gare du Nord. We had booked a double room on Expedia but were given a triple on the top floor at no extra cost when we arrived. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom fixtures are new. The hotel breakfast offers fresh croissants and other pastries, yogurt, cereal, ham, milk, juice, and a wonderful little machine that makes all different types of coffee drinks and hot chocolate. The receptionists are extremely kind; one helped us figure out how to use our calling card and another loaned us a bottle opener. Since this hotel is in Boulogne, a suburb immediately outside Paris (one metro stop away from the city), travelers who stay here avoid the additional city tax that is tacked onto all hotel stays within the Paris city limits. Highly, highly recommend.

“Petite but clean”

Hotel room was very small kept bumping into bottom of bed/wall mounted tv trying to get into ensuite. Could do with some towel rails in bathroom or hooks for used towels. Clean towels situated high up over toilet and could fall in. Room and en suite were clean and well maintained by staff.

“Nice Hotel”

Smart & Clean. Facilities ok. Self service continental breakfast very nice as it turned out to be included in the price. 100m from the Marcel Sambat Metro station, 20 mins from central Paris. Plenty of restaurants, shops & fast food places within 200m of hotel

“Some peace and comfort right outside Paris”

What I liked most was my room. very clean, very modern-looking, with lots of international channels to choose from. What you might find annoying though is the loud banging of doors as people come and go - you do hear what's gooign on around. Buut on the whole, I got what i needed and even more for the money paid.

Decent hotel which is superbly located - close to Parc Des Princes and Stade Jean Bouin, close to the metro and superb cafes and restaurants nearby.

“Excellent location. A fun hotel”

Hotel B is a cute hotel with it's own character. Trendy decour, very comfortable bed, nice & clean room. rooms are compact to say the least, but all there in good working order. Great location for sightseeing...5 minute walk from Metro & 4 to 5 stops to centre of Paris for small charge.Boulogne-Billancourt is a lively area with lots of bars & restaurants, but not too noisy at night. Staff were helpful.

“Great price; CLEAN; nice location”

Small room, but it was expected for the cheap price. I needed somewhere to crash that was clean and this hotel was just fine. The bed was comfy, the staff were friendly, and even though the bathroom was about as small as I'd ever seen, it was cute and just perfect for one. Free internet (essential), great location - neighborhood very comfortable, close to the metro. For as small as the hotel is, they did have an elevator! Noise level on the stairs was not bad at all until about 10am when people got going.

“It was alright”

The hotel is pretty far out on the subway. We thought it would be closer in but that's more of product of poor research. The hotel is near two subway stops neither more than a 1/4 of a mile away, (about 400 meters).The room is tiny.(The bathroom is really, really small.) If you are just looking for a place to sleep it is adequate. There is not anything special about the room. The area was quiet, plenty of good restaurants, and fantastic bakeries and chocolate shops. All in all, if you just need a place to put your bags and to get some rest, I would recommend it. If you are looking for amenities or want a place to be pampered I would look elsewhere. It met our needs, we were there to sleep.

“Bad Bad Bad”

Toilet room door would not open all the way, Very noisey, Room heater would not turn off, No "Continental Breakfast", Tiny bathroom could barely fit from sink into shower-I am not a large person

“The most unwelcome welcome!”

Not a bad place just a lack of customer service, we felt very uninformed (forgot to mention they had the builders in) and unwelcome (the only thing we were asked was "when are you checking out"). Sometimes it's the smaller things that make the biggest difference.
