“Not family friendly”

Firstly the staff of the hotel were lovely and couldn't have done enough for us. But it is unfortunate that they have young singles holidaying there. We stayed 2 nights and left before our third and last night as we couldn't stand the noise that continued throughout the whole night. The second night was so bad the hotel had to call security to control the situation. The hotel facilities themselves were basic but expected for a 3* in a busy resort centre. There was only one airconditioner in the lounge area of a 2 bed apartment so was rather hot sleeping at night. The pool area was small, mouldy in areas so slippery for the kids, and the pool bar was not operational even though it was August when we went. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone (except a young single) which is unfortunate as the staff were lovely.
