Owners Rita & Tom and the B&B itself quickly made us feel cozy and comfortable. Conversation at the breakfast table with the owners and other guests was delightful.

The Holly House is a lovely Victorian Home situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were so pleasant and friendly. We really enjoyed sitting around the dining room table with them and other guests at the simple but enjoyable breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and clean, lots of books and periodicals, and we particularly enjoyed the adjoining veranda that looked over the property and tree tops.

My daughter and I stayed there before a special program at the Mass Maritime Academy and had a lovely stay. The room was beautiful and the breakfast very good. But what really made it great was the kindness of the owners who welcomed us into their home as if we were family. We plan to return!

Holly House by the Canal is in a beautiful location and is a well maintained Victorian home owned by two warm and friendly B&B hosts. The home is filled with antiques; the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The scones at breakfast are wonderful!!! I will look for an excuse to return and stay there again.

This was the first time my wife and I have ever stayed in a B&B and if the rest of the B&B's run like this one, we will be back. It was very comfortable and private, the owners were really very nice and tried to anticipate all of our needs. I highly recommend this B&B.

“Pleasant Stay”

We were looking for a place for one night in between other plans and found the Holly House on Expedia for a reasonable price and with a convenient location. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find the six mile bike path along the Cape Cod Canal which was a lovely ride. The location of the Holly House is very close to the Bourne Bridge and I worried about noise (being very sensitive to that) but it was quiet as can be! The room was roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was great. It was a pleasant experience all around.
