Avoid at all costs

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Cheap for a reason. They have no pool as their ads say. The ac in the room barely worked but could not cool the room. Had issues daily with the locks and key cards. Shower had no pressure and was a stand up shower only. Had to give my baby a bath in the sink which sprayed water all over the counter even without the baby in the sink. Will never stay here again. My advice pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

Book last minute-not next time

Wished I'd more time to find something better. In the $100 range u wouldn't expect a hilton experience but you shouldn't expect rooms that have unfinished Sheetrock and dirty corners in the room. Bathroom was decently clean but other carpet required shoes . Breakfast was the bare minimum u could call bfast.

At check in the front desk couldn't find my reservation and had to have a child find it on the computer. Then we get to the room that was supposed to be a single queen bed and it was 2 queens.

Don't stay here!

Posted Jul 14, 2015
The staff was not very helpful when we had issues. First all we asked for was a receipt. They couldn't provide that. Then we got to the room and it was disgusting. Dead bugs, black mold on the bathroom ceiling, cigarette burns in what's left of the thin sheets, and on and on. When we realized there was only one towel it was a struggle to get more. Do not stay here!

Nice Hotel for a quick getaway for the night

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: Loved the hot tub, the friendly staff, and the size of the room
Cons: Repaint the outside to a more modern color, replace the tv in the mini suite, and redo the vending machines
Location: Hotel is right next to the corvette museum, corvette racetrack and the corvette manufacturing plant, so there is a ton for the corvette aficionado.
The hotel was a little dated as far as the actual structure and the yellow paint will set you off, but inside the staff were very friendly. We got the room with an in room Jacuzzi probably as cheap as staying at some of the other standard room hotels. It was a very nice hot, tub with awesome water pressure, took less than 3 minutes easy to fill the hot-tub so you could easily jump in soak, run shopping come back and refill quickly. The TV ( in this room at least) was the old standard 36 inch TV that weighs a ton ( probably past time to update to a flat screen especially in this room). The room itself other than being an older hotel was great, it has a fold out sofa, a very nice desk, a king bed, and plenty of room. It also had a huge vanity area and a 3/4 bath as an option to the hot tub. For the value, I definitely would go back again and if we continue getting the same rate, we will make it a monthly quick excursion from the kids, pets and our problems..

Covenient to highway access.

Pros: Convenience
Someone tried to get into our room not 15 minutes after we checked in through adjoining door. We propped a chair up against it. Walls very thin. The person upstairs talked or had tv on all night, two nights in a row. Our room was right next to the back exit and the door slammed continuously through the night. No bathtub.

Nice hotel with smoking rooms

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: Price, Location
Location: Great location with brochures in the lobby for about 100 local attractions.
Older but nice hotel had the increasingly hard to find smoking room. (you can smoke in your room) Comfortable beds but limited amenities, no sign of elevators, the desk clerk told us to use the stairs, but that was the only drawback I could find. Quiet and comfortable at a very good price. Had a great brochure rack with about 100 local attractions to choose from, found that very helpful.

Terrible hotel

Posted May 6, 2015
Hotel was not nice at all. Staff was rude and we were charged extra when we checked in. Air conditioner would not work. Staff would not give us extra pillows. The shampoo was terrible and there was no conditioner or lotion. Would not recommend.

Convenient to the Corvette Museum

Pros: Location
Cons: Colors on the walls, very bold
Location: The NCM is across the street!
Very nice stay, room was good enough. Liked having the fridge and microwave. Quiet.
