Couldn't sleep long enough to have a nightmare.

Pros: Near Convention center
Cons: Security. And maybe keep large groups on one floor and let them keep each other awake!
We went up to Bowling Green Ky for the corvette homecoming weekend, thinking that mostly mature adults would be there, were looking forward to a quite evening when we got back to the motel, Wrong! The motel was booked full of little league baseball teams, we couldn't swim, enjoy the hot tub, it was full of foaming soap, the kids were playing football out side of our window, we could barely hear the T.V. The whole night they were running up and down the hallways and slamming doors , and Yelling! The Kids finally went to bed around 5;40am. We got about 2hrs sleep and left. Where were the parents or hotel security ?

Rooms were comfortable and quiet

Pros: Rooms and bathrooms were lovely, comfortable, clean, spacious. The Bistro was easy and the meals were well-prepared. Very safe location.
Cons: The pool area had a heavy chemical smell, and the water was a bit cloudy.
Location: Lots of restaurants, university. We were passing through so didn't do touristy things.
We were VERY pleased with our room...quiet, spacious, comfy beds, high ceilings, and meticulously clean! There was no complimentary breakfast, but every meal we had at the Bistro was well-prepared and healthy, and we were happy to stay in and rest rather than go out to eat. The staff was efficient and courteous. We will happily stay here again when in Bowling Green.

The staff was very accomodating and we were a party of many rooms. The person who picked up after our nightly gatherings ( wish I could remember his name) was very sweet and unbothered by any request. Dewey and the woman with him made whatever we ordered part of our morning conversation due to the perfectly cooked food and service. Cleaning ladies were very good. The back patio area was perfect to gather in. Very comfortable and clean. Thanks for everything. We chose your motel for our stay and glad we did. Nothing like driving fifteen hours and being happy where you chose to stay for the next four days. ;)

Pros: Nice staff.
Cons: large blisters of paint pealing at the ceiling.
Location: National Corvette Museum
Close to downtown and to the local assembly plant where I had business. Easy access to local restaurants, shopping and other attractions.

Cons: Drop starbucks, add coffee service in the lobby Add small appliances to the room
Location: Right off the main drag. Next to conference center, restaurants, BG high school, and shopping
King size bed comfortable No 'free' coffee in the lobby.. Only Starbucks No refrig nor micro wave in the room Ice machine on 2nd floor not working entire 3 days Cleaning personnel attentive and polite, as was desk personnel

I would like to apologize for the disappointment that you experienced on your recent stay with us. Although we don't have refrigerators or microwaves in every room, we do have some extra in stock and are happy to bring them to your room, if available. I also apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to access ice from the second floor. Our machine was on the fritz, and couldn't be repaired as quickly as we would have liked. Having said that, the staff is available to get ice for the guests from our first floor storage. Please feel free to ask for whatever you need because our goal is to meet those needs if at all possible.All of the Courtyard properties now offer Starbucks coffees exclusively, which are available most hours of the day and evening. We certainly appreciate your kind words regarding our staff, and hope you will stay with us again when you are traveling through our city!

We were there for a college graduation. Everything was nice. I would be nice to offer complimentary coffee and water near the front desk for guests.

Not bad for the price

I stayed here back in 2012 and the room was very nice so we did again. However, this time around the room was smaller (king bed room) and the shower head was coming out of the wall. The beds are memory foam which is pretty comfortable and everything is clean. There is no complimentary breakfast which is disappointing but there are tons of restaurants around the area. Overall the hotel is pretty nice but I was disappointed that the rooms aren't all the same quality.

Would recommend with reservations. Hotel not up to standard in relation to cost of stay!

No fridge in room. No snack machine available at your leisure. Ice machine only on 2nd floor. Only one person working the front desk during my 3 day stay.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with some aspects, but please be assured that we have extra fridges available upon request, and are happy to take one to you. Also, our hotel features "The Market", which is located adjacent to the front desk. It has an array of sundries, and also a good selection of snacks, including soft drinks and frozen dinners. It is open 24 hours a day. We are also happy to get ice for you if it is inconvenient for you to access from the second floor.
