Wonderful place to stay!

“Would definitely stay again”

My family went to Bowling Green for a weekend trip and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was very nice and clean. It is very convenient to restaurants and the interstate. The area is very nice. We also chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and our little girl wanted to swim. When entering the pool area, they were out of towels so we contacted the front desk. Very quickly they sent someone to fill up the pool area with more towels. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

only problem we had with our room was you could not pull the curtains closed to have privacy from the lights coming through the window at night or from the sun coming up when your trying to sleep in.

From chck in to check out, everything about our visit was positive. The room was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The mattress and pillows were wonderful - I would like to buy both of them! The rate we received through Expedia was a steal. We will definitely stay in another Hilton Garden Inn again.

“WKU Visit”

This is a great hotel for the money. They have a great breakfast . never checked out the other meals.The roms are nice. The pool area and gym are really great. I realy like the Hilton properties and stay at them at least 6 to 8 times a month.

Food in the hotel restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced with a good variety. It was nice eating outside on the patio and not having to leave the hotel after our long drive, but we saw plenty of local restaurants as an option. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood seems safe... looks like a clean office park. Our room looked over the dumpsters, but not a problem with all the in-room conveniences. The adjustable firmness beds were very comfortable--best sleeping ever. Internet wireless and wired worked well with room pass. In-room microwave and fridge were helpful for late night snacks and leftovers. Enjoyed the indoor pool and whirlpool with our granddaughter and having convenient shower and restroom next to the pool. We have used this hotel a few times as our half-way stopping point from Michigan to Georgia and back. Plan to come back in the future for convenient distance to local attractions.

“Finally worth the Price”

The hotel was fancy, clean, and seemed well maintained. The room with whirlpool was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised to see a decent amount of furniture and decor (fluffy down comforter and all), which is not often found in comparible hotels. The discounted rate was well worth it. Only complaint would be lack of complimentary breakfast - which less expensive hotels even offer. Otherwise, I would defnitely recommend this hotel.

“Best Hotel experience in the USA”

A fantastic chain of hotels. The absolute best care and customer service. The beds were beautifully comfortable and the rooms clean and plenty of room. Very impressed with extras such as magnifying mirror in the bathroom and quality of bathroom extras( shampoo, mouthwash etc.) Ease of entrance to hotel adn rooms. Extremely clean washing machines and dryers. We could not fault them at all. We stayed there in Kentucky because of the internet Expedia deal but because it was so good we stayed with them in Washington DC, even though it was a bit out of the way we just felt safe and secure and looked forward to checking in. Which brings me to another point. The ease of check in and checkout was excellent and in Washington they had local maps and directions to lots of local points of interest. The directions were exact and easy to follow and the was important and very much appreciated. We are totally impressed with them.

“I'm Very Picky”

I'm very picky. That's my problem. As far as this hotel is concerned, it is very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. I will stay there again...even though it is a little far from the Interstate. Now that's picky.
